I met Rob with Pinson Plumbing in 2017, when I was remodeling a house in Cerritos. I was very impressed with his company's work ethic, attention to detail, and clean up. His company did a stellar job then. I didn't have any plumbing issues until my kitchen sink sprung a leak in the stainless hose line underneath the cabinets. Brett Bauders from Pinson Plumbing arrived ahead of schedule (finished previous job early) had mask on, was very courteous, explained everything thoroughly. As part of the free estimate, he cut into the drywall to find the source of the leak. He carefully laid out a tarp to catch all the debris first. The leak turned out to be different than I had previously thought, it was from a corroded fire sprinkler supply line, which our Homeowners Association is responsible for repairing. (They don't want anybody else doing anything to the sprinkler system.) Brett cleaned up all the drywall debris and soaked insulation and other trash to his truck. We had an overnight water break outside our house causing a cascade of water. I was able to turn that water off, but unfortunately that also left us with no water for the house - no showers, no toilets, no water at all. I called Pinson Plumbing and received a prompt response from Rob, the owner. Rob sent Joe, one of his employees, to assess the damage. Given the last minute emergency and the fact Rob already had other jobs scheduled, he would not be able to start the repairs for several days. Here is the first reason why Pinson Plumbing deserves a great review - instead of walking away from the job, Joe and Rob figured out a short term solution that would allow us to have water in our home. Within an hour, Joe was able to bypass the broken water pipe and installed approximately 40 feet of tubing which allowed us to have water. The original estimate called for digging up a 40-foot trench and replace the possible galvanized pipe leading from the water break to the house. Fortunately, the water pipe was not galvanized and did not need replacement. Second reason for a great review, Joe called me promptly with the good news and the estimated price adjustment. Joe showed me exactly what pipes were replaced and also reinforced the new above -ground piping to avoid an accidental break. The work was completed promptly and very professionally. The last reason for a great review, the next day I received a call from Rob Pinson apologizing for not being able to be at the work site the day before because of a prior scheduled event. Rob also wanted to follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the work performed AND to notify me that he would be doing a parts and labor price adjustment lowering the bill even more! I texted Sat, they replied that Monday they would call and schedule. Monday they texted and the earliest appointment was Thursday. I said ok. I texted a photo of the valve box to show the brand. They asked for my email and I received two emails and several texts confirming the appointment.
