Yorba Linda resident here. I don't write many reviews, but a couple of months ago I had Klean plumbing and crew come to the house to address a slab leak in our family room. Jose was recommended to us by a friend and I am so grateful that he was. I knew from the walk through of the property that Jose was professional, knowledgable and customer oriented. All things that were important to me. I had another company out first and definitely was not feeling the same way afterwards. I knew when purchasing this home that plumbing would eventually be an issue so I had to decide between a simple slab repair for one spot of old plumbing or to just bite the bullet and repipe the entire house. After deciding that a repipe of the entire house was the right decision for us, especially since our home is 60+ years old, the crew go right to work. Let me start with personally naming some of the crew that worked on our project. RAY, RALPH, DAVID, VICTOR and JUNIOR were each great to have on our project. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were theirs and I never had to worry about the quality or cleanliness of their work. They gained my trust quickly, which is extremely rare in todays world and it was greatly appreciated. Updates daily, making adaptations to the plan as necessary when they saw things that could be improved upon. These men replaced every fitting, pipe and connection, shower valves, etc throughout our entire house giving us peace of mind, something we really wanted. As the project developed, we also asked about investigating our cast iron drain pipes, as we have had a couple of flooding episodes in our garage from the laundry. Well, after camera videos and assessing a few drains, we also saw we desperately needed updating and replacing of many of our drains. Jose and the crew were willing to add on another chapter to this project for us. It added time to the project, but very reasonable as the crew worked non stop daily for a couple of weeks straight. Jose is very responsive to questions. Also appreciated this. My friend Peggy Maruoka was having issues with her drainage at her house in Orange, California. She remembered that years ago she used Klean Plumbing for some other work that she was very satisfied with so she called them. They came out and diagnosed the problem which was that her cast iron piping that was over 50 years old had rusted and was leaking out. They took pictures and showed her what needed to be done. They gave her an estimate of the cost to remove all of the cast iron plumbing under the house, replace the toilet flanges for her 3 toilets and also the bathroom drain. The estimate was reasonable and the costs came in at what they quoted! Thank you Junior, Alexis, and Ralph for taking care of this for Peggy. I got home tonight and my water heater/ circulation pump making funky noise and surrounding pipes leaking (see video's). Do you have a plumber you trust? Mind you this was the night of July 2nd, 2025! I was referred by a friend to reach out to KLEAN PLUMBING so I texted them my problem. I got a reply right away and they told me they could have a plumber out first thing in the morning. I got a text early the next day July 3rd, and confirmed they were coming. Johnny and Luis diagnosed the problem and quickly gave me 2 options / quotes to replace my 19 year old water heater. The last plumber I used didn't do what I ask and left a broken water shut off valve and old broken circulation pump, (which happened to be the point of the leaking pipes)! I ultimately went with a tankless water heater since it is more energy efficient. The plumbers explained everything they were going to do before starting the job. I am very pleased with the outcome. In addition: They also installed a bathroom sink faucet that i had and replaced the valves and water lines for a reasonable price. I cannot emphasize enough how professional the crew was through the whole process. At the finish Chris R programmed the unit and helped me set up the app for the tankless water heater. Even after spending all day at my house they didn't seem rushed, they wanted to make sure I was happy with the work they performed. I would highly recommend KLEAN PLUMBING for any plumbing issues. I needed that toilet reinstalled and another one checked for leaks. I called Klean Plumbing and 4-5 other to get some estimates. Their estimate was more reasonable than the rest. When the flooring job was finished I called them again and they accommodated me within the one business day. Johnny and Ray came over from Klean Plumbing. I requested that they switch the two toilets and checkout the leak. They worked very professionally, efficiently and did an excellent and clean job.
