We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from other companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

My sister referred me to Jetters N Drains because she had work completed by this company and she was very appreciative and satisfied with the work. Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!! read more

"So grateful to finally find a plumber I can count on!" I had to share my great experience with Daniel and his company, Jetters N Drains -- they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Honest, efficient, and genuinely caring about their work. My house is old and has had plumbing issues since we moved in eight years ago. We've had at least ten plumbers come and go, and none of them I would call again -- I never felt they were truly honest, trustworthy, or did quality work. Recently, our toilets and showers started backing up. Even doing laundry caused toilet paper to come up in the shower! We had about four plumbers come out, each asking for hundreds of dollars up front just to use their camera -- and none ever showed us what they found. They only told us what they claimed we needed, with sky-high estimates and long timelines. Some even said they wouldn't haul away debris or clean up afterward. Needless to say, I didn't feel confident hiring any of them. But when Daniel came out, everything changed. He brought his camera and monitor, showed us exactly what the issues were, and clearly explained the next steps -- all without demanding payment upfront. That alone was a pleasant surprise. Our pipes under the foundation and out to the city's main sewer line were cracked, collapsing, and filled with roots. Daniel carefully explained how he would smooth and reline the pipes before it became an even bigger problem. He sent detailed estimates with different options for the work and was willing to work with our budget, which we really appreciated. Daniel and his crew started on time and were incredibly professional. They minimized dust and disruption, thought carefully about how to access the pipes with minimal damage to our floors (thankfully, since we only had a few replacement tiles left!), and completed the job in just a few days -- exactly as promised. When they finished, the place was spotless, inside and out, and they even left the house smelling fresh! Daniel came back afterward to show us video footage of our newly relined pipes -- and wow, what a difference. Seeing the before-and-after gave us such peace of mind. The price was fair for the amount of work done, and we finally feel confident we have a reliable, honest plumber we can call again. Highly, highly recommend Daniel and Jetters N Drains -- definitely give them a call! read more

This is a great company to work with. I called Jetters for a quote regarding water backing up from my washing machine. Danial came to assess with a camera in the most probable location which was where the washer drainage pipe likely connected under my sink. He said there was a lot of build up in the pipe. He gave me 2 options. Either descale it or hydrojet as likely water was hitting the narrow pipe and backing up. He came the next day to hydrojet but it didn't fix the problem. He ran the camera from the pipe by the washer and determined that there was a crack or breakage in that line. He gave me multiple options for repair. He did not charge me for the hydrojetting because it did not solve my problem. Nice to work with a honest company that values customer satisfaction. Would 100% recommend Jetters for any plumbing needs. read more

Great service! I will call them again! We were doing a "easy fix" on a leaky faucet that went horribly wrong. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Daniel was so kind on the phone. He arranged for Felix to come help and he arrived within an hour. Our "easy fix" was on a warped pipe that had to be cut off and replaced. Felix was GREAT! He did the repair and explained the process and cost and we were so happy to have our water back in and everything better than it was before we started. Thank you both so much for saving us - and in a Saturday! read more

Daniel from Jetters N Drains helped line my cracked clay sewer line and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was extremely professional, on time, and very thorough in explaining the process and what he was doing at each step. I really appreciated how informative he was and how he made a stressful repair feel under control. The work was done cleanly and efficiently, and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. I highly recommend Daniel and Jetters N Drains for any sewer or drain issues. read more

I recently had a completely backed-up kitchen sink caused by a blockage in the discharge pipe leading to the main sewer line. I contacted Jetters N Drains, and they were able to take care of the issue the very next day. From the start, the experience was excellent. Melanie, the office manager, maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. It's always reassuring to deal with a company that values responsiveness and professionalism. Felix arrived early Saturday morning and immediately demonstrated that he truly knows his craft. He was straightforward, personable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and outlined the approach he would take to resolve it. Rather than immediately recommending a more expensive hydro-jetting service, he suggested starting with a standard drain snake (spiral auger) machine. He was honest in his assessment, explaining that he didn't see any evidence of congealed grease buildup that would require hydro-jetting. I really appreciated that he didn't attempt to upsell unnecessary services. His expertise and integrity were clear throughout the entire process. If you're looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals in this field, Jetters N Drains is absolutely the right choice. Highly recommended! read more

I am a Real Estate Broker and also manage properties. Recently we had some main drain line issues at our home and Daniel (the owner) promptly arrived. He did a camera inspection and gave an estimate for the repairs. We are going to wait to the first of the year to do the work. However, only a few weeks later one of the properties I manage had a similar issue but worse. Daniel and his crew quickly responded and fixed the problem. I have many interaction with home service companies, and Daniel is 5+ star in his customer service and workmanship. read more

Great company for relining. Professional and they know their stuff. Daniel came out and was very professional. He has a great personality and can work with landlords, homeowner, or contractors. I've work in construction for close to 20 years and have dealt with a lot of contractors. Daniel is easy to work with and is passionate about his job. He likes to do things right. It MAY be a little more expensive, but it has the backing of a good company with a good product. Plumbing is one of those things that you don't want to cut corners on to save a little bit of money. read more

We just moved into a new home and quickly ran into a recurring issue with our drains getting clogged constantly. We had small quick fixes here and there but we knew we needed a professional and were referred to Daniel and his team, who are drown as the "drain guys." From the start, Daniel was super friendly, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the issue, what was causing it, and how they planned to fix it. It was easy to book a visit and he and his team showed up punctual, respectful, and extremely professional. Small detail, but they even wore slippers over their socks (without asking!) when coming in and out, which we really appreciated. They diagnosed the issue efficiently and were in and out in no time. We'll definitely be working with them again soon to make some longer-term fixes to prevent future problems. Highly recommend if you're looking for honest, knowledgeable pros who are great at their jobs and treat your home with care. read more

I had a major main line sewer blockage and back-up in my townhome. I contacted 2 plumbing companies through my home warranty with negative results. I contacted Jetters N Drains and the owner Daniel answered the phone. I explained my situation, and he sent a member of his team out on short notice. Felix arrived and allowed me time to explain in detail the issue. After briefing me on charge and diagnosis he immediately went to work. He discovered the blockage with the use of his camera system, found the main drain access that was an uncommon two-way drain shared with the HOA lines and cleared the blockage in short order. The blockage was not only in the main line but also in the washing machine line as well. Felix showed me the blockage and the cleared lines via his camera system. This allowed me to feel confident that the work was completed and that I should not have any future problem. He followed up via email with photos & video to my HOA with a written report and audio narration on the camera footage. He recommended a change out of the old cast iron connection to the main line. It was in bad order which was the source of the original problem. It is under review by my HOA. I was extremely satisfied with the professional work done by Felix and Jetters N Drains. I would recommend Daniel and his team to do work for me and others in the future. Sincerely, Artie J read more

Only in our commercial building a few years, but sewer backups were plaguing us. I contacted 4 companies to offer a remedy and Jetters N Drains had the absolute best solution. Daniel did a great job at estimating the costs and issues associated with relining an old drain line from 1957 as well as an excellent job relining the drain line. The galvanized pipe drain line that was in the slab was in terrible shape and didn't even look like a pipe anymore due to all the rust and corrosion. Once Daniel and his crew were done relining the main drain out it looked like new. Thanks Daniel, sorry it took so long to get you the review. read more

We had a toilet clogged leaking to ceiling in the living room. Our handyman was not able to unclog it with regular 25 ft snake. I called Jetters n Drains, spoke with Daniel (the owner), he was very straightforward with the solution and the quote. For some reasons, I felt I could trust him. He sent Felix who did a very good job unclogged it. He was patient and explained everything to me. I barely posted a review. I have been having trouble with my bathroom drain, it was not draining properly. Jesus came out and did an outstanding job. I was extremely happy. I highly recommend this company for drain and sewer issues! This company did an amazing job descaling my home cast iron sewer pipes and lining them to stop further deterioration. Daniel, the owner, assessed the situation and was able to do this challenging job without having to open the slab. He explained everything in detail before, during and after the job, showing me everything on his camera throughout the process. He and his crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked overtime to complete the job. And when the job was complete, everything was neatly put back into place as if they were never there. They truly went out of their way to do outstanding work and I feel safe and satisfied that I will not have future issues with my sewer drains in the house because they are like new after relining. Thank you Daniel and crew for a great job! You are appreciated! read more

Had a great experience with these guys. I had been having issues with my main sewer line backing up (past the front yard cleanout). They came out on time and their quote was fair for hydrojetting. We ran into a few issues during the hydrojetting, and ended up needing to replace a section of pipe due to a blow-out. They offered a very good price if I dug the line out myself, so I saved some by digging the line out. They fixed the break in the sewer the day before Thanksgiving and worked until 6-7pm to get the job done which was incredible helpful. We ended up getting our entire sewer lined (82ft) as it was heavily root intruded and I feel they were very reasonable. The end product was very good. Daniel knows his stuff. I'm happy that I shouldn't have any main line backups moving forward (this was a problem we had been dealing with...). They honestly went above and beyond in terms of service. I can't remember service like this from ANY contractor before. SUPER rare. They have won my business on drains moving forward. read more

Daniel and his team were very professional and did an amazing job on our main line at our house! Would highly recommend!

The owner of Jetters N Drains, Daniel Fanti and the crew are very professional. He explained in detail, step by step how the hydro jet and later sewer lining procedure will be performed. During and after sewer lining (over 100 linear feet of 4 inch of main sewer line) we were shown, what material, how it was made and how the cuts were done by the robotic cutter, then testing the result. His crew members were, in no particular order. Him, Daniel Fanti, Jose Flores, Rodrigo Vargas & Juan Aguilar. Highly recommend this company for any size of drain rehab. read more

Had my toilet back up and so I had gotten a quote from Roter Rooter and they quoted me $18,500 to fix a pipe on the main line sewer because they said they would need to dig in the street and get city permits and traffic control etc so I wanted a second opinion bcus I don't have that kind of money and looked at Jetters N Drains reviews and figured I'd give them a call I spoke with Ann who than had the owner Daniel call me and scheduled me in right away he came out and was super nice and explained everything said he didn't think we would need to go to the extreme of breaking the street down so he gave me my options and I ended up paying less than 1k to get my problem resolved I'm so thankful for the honesty and helpfulness from Daniel and his company I will be recommending him to anyone who needs plumbing services ! read more

A few days later I started getting water on the floor of my wash room. Again, Daniel was kind enough to come by around 7 pm and carefully figured out the problem, which it turns out was my washing machine itself leaking and not a plumbing issue. I had a busted pipe and we had a different plumbing company fix the problem. They fixed the problem which was great but they recommended following for $6000. Pipe Coating Scope of work includes: -Perform a descale on the dual vanity drain line from the vertical point to the connection to the main sewer -Descale approximately 30ft of 2in cast iron pipe -Perform a hydro jetter service to flush out all debris from pipe -Prep drain pipe for coating -Perform an epoxy coating on the pipe to seal any cracks in the pipe that can potentially be leaking out into the surface. Spoke with other people and they suggested to get a second opinion. One of my friends recommended this company. I spoke with one of the owners Gonzalo. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took a look at our plumbing and told us that the other plumbing company was trying to rip us off. Gonzalo said we didn't need pipe coating. He cleaned inside our pipe and visually showed us with his equipment it was clean and no blockage was seen. I'm so grateful that there are honest companies like this one. Will definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends. read more
