I found Pacific Rooter on Yelp after going through three previous plumbers who could not help. Luke showed up and took the time to really listen to the plumbing issues we were having in the house. He went above and beyond by offering to speak to our landlord and personally explain to him what was going on with the house. At this point we had two unusable bathrooms. One with a clogged shower drain that would require extensive plumbing and remodeling work, and another bathroom with an ancient rusty, unusable tub/shower. Although the landlord chose to hold off on unclogging the shower drain I had originally called about, because of Luke's persistence and personable nature, he was persuaded into getting the tub repaired and refinished so that we could use it again. We had been asking for this repair for three years to no avail. Absolutely no other plumber had taken the time to listen to us or help us out this way. The repair and refinishing work was subbed out to another contractor who specializes in tub repair, but Luke coordinated everything and replaced the plumbing fixtures.
