Our service professional, Adrian Tabullo was amazing. He asked some great questions while trouble shooting and narrowed down our issue to something we can do ourselves. We had previously cleaned all the pipes, p-traps and overflow and he suggested a foam for the overflow to get into all the nooks crannies. I highly recommend Team Rooter and Adrian for all your plumbing needs. read more

While trying to clear the clog in my kitchen sink with a plunger, I managed to cause the pipes to leak. Team Rooter's response was immediate, Edwin arrived a couple of hours later, was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, fixed the leaking pipes at a reasonable cost, and I will definitely use this company again. read more

We had a bathroom tap that finally went kaput and needed to be repaired. Danny A and Jacob came out, inspected and recommended what they thought should be done. They gave a fair price, did a thorough job in replacing the tap and some other bits, and cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and friendly as well. No one wants to have a "plumbing situation" but if you do find yourself in a pickle, these are the guys to call. read more

I needed a shower/tub rooted because of slow draining. The TEAM ROOTER technician was a nice guy but said he could not clear the drain due to, what he assumed, was a broken pipe. He called his manager who, sight unseen, claimed we needed to replace the pipe at a cost of $7,000! I called another plumber who was able to, on the same day, fish out a razor blade and gobs of hair for a cost of $47 (which by the way was a significant discount from TEAM ROOTER's $125.00 fee)! Wow, just imagine my relief...$47 as opposed to $7,000.00! BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT USE TEAM ROOTER! read more

Update: They ended up not sealing the solder and it leaked behind the wall. We didn't catch it for 7 days when it flooded our bathroom, adjoining kitchen, laundry, and living room! Had to have everything ripped out and replaced! DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR WORK!!! read more

My bathroom sink was clogged and I needed help immediately. Called Team Rooter late at night and they arrived the next day to help. I had an excellent experience with Team Rooter. Our plumber was Gerardo E (one of the OC technicians), and he was responsive, courteous, and eager to help. He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. He also had assistance from 2 other teammates, who came later to help fix the problem (Water blasting and camera). What really impressed me was their professionalism (even with my dog getting in their business) and attention to detail. They fix the issue efficiently, but they also walked me through the problem. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise fees. I felt confident that I was getting real value for the work done. I would absolutely recommend Team Rooter Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable - exactly the kind of professionals you want in your home. read more

I would highly recommend Team Rooter Plumbing and Rooter Services to all my friends & Family. Thank You so much Kathy Hamilton. read more

This business has serious operations problems. Contacted this company about a clogged yard drain. They offered free inspection and we set a date and two hour window. I had to get time off from work to be home but they called me half way thru the time window and informed me that they cannot make it. We set another appointment for the following day. Again they called me right before the time window and cancelled. On the third appointment the technician showed up after the 2 hour time window. We had to leave the house so he said he will come back the next day to do the job. I got a call next morning and the technician said he will come at 12pm. No one showed up and no responses to my text messages. I contacted their office. They apologized and set another appointment for the fifth time. And guess what? No-one showed up!! Lots of wasted time and no progress. read more

A+ service! Steven Salazar was my tech today and he did an amazing job. He arrived on time and was out within 30 minutes. The sink was clogged and now it is completely clear. What was even more amazing, is that I called for service this morning and he got here before noon. The value was amazing for the service, I actually got another quote this morning, and Team Rooter came in at 1/5th the cost! Thank you Steven and thank you Team Rooter! read more

Very grateful to Michael Tipton and boss Leo for coming out to mom's 40+ year home with old plumbing. They were more than reasonable and was able to fix the problem in the kitchen which saved mom from washing dishes in the backyard (pathetic). I only get to California about once a year but grateful to Michael and Leo for coming and fixing what they could. the downstairs was a disaster and would need a teardown to fix the problem. They at least left a reasonable estimate should mom change her mind. $200 for diagnostic of problem and fixing the kitchen sink was more than reasonable. Thank you Team Rooter Plumbing. Thank you for being prompt and professional. read more

I was extremely happy with Adrian's work. He did an excellent job and was very professional. His pricing was very fair and reasonable, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend choosing him. horrible experience. first time made an appointment for my clogged sink and said they'd come by 12:00pm and didn't show up until 2pm with no heads up. Sink was fixed temporarily and they try to make their service seem sweeter by saying that they offer one free warranty; however the job they do is horrible. It's been less than 2 weeks and I already have to use my warranty and scheduled an appointment for today from 9-11am. It's already 11:22am and no one came. Called them to see what's going on and just gave me the run around. If you're coming late at the VERY LEAST give your customers a heads-up. this company is a joke and the ratings on it is not justified. terrible management, terrible workers, and terrible system they got. AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. read more

Good work but way overpriced. If you need water jetting service? Keep looking as the company charged about 3 times the normal price. Once completed the company only addressed 50% of the issue. Will not use them again. Sorry read more

Team Rooter helped out my grandmother with her clogged kitchen drain. She took advantage of a $93 coupon she found in a magazine at her house. They did call me and updated me throughout the entire process which made her feel very comfortable. We ended up choosing Hydro jetting because the line was so dirty and they took a video as they were doing it and showed me the before and after pictures which was extremely great service, we will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to any senior looking for a company to trust. read more

We called for a drain to be cleared. They hydrojetted the line. All that was ok. The problem came after that. They put a camera down our line and told us that we had holes in our line that needed to be repaired. They told us to use our dishwasher as little as possible until it is fixed. The quote was $7900 to epoxy the line and even more expensive for other options that involved digging up our kitchen floor. Further, if we confirmed in the next few days, our hydrojet invoice could be used in the $7900 payment. We decided to get a 2nd opinion since that is a lot of money. Another pipe camera company came out. There are no holes, no breakage, no concerns over the line. Team Rooter lied to us. We will not used them again since they use deceptive practices to make money. read more

Adrian T. helped install a new toilet. Was not only on time but finished in a timely manner and did the job right as well. They even took my old toilet to throw it away without me even asking which was extremely nice of them. I really respect the work that they do and will gladly use their services in the future. 10/10! read more

James was on time and professional completed the job while explaining what he was doing to fix the problem and what caused the problem

Really appreciated Luis. I had a problem with a sewage pump which wasn't working. He was very honest, quickly diagnosed my problems, and gave me some options to consider. He then did excellent work, and finished the job quickly. Really appreciated the fact that it didn't seem like he was trying to take advantage of me. Just seemed very honest and straight forward. Ray and Jason were great! Super professional and friendly and went above and beyond. My bathtub was clogged and filling up from the drain with disgusting brown water and chunks. I spent 2-days trying to fix it myself with no luck. They came and fixed the problem really quickly on a SUNDAY and also left my bathtub cleaner than it was before (see before and after photos). Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Glad to have found them. read more

My toilet got clogged that I requested Team Rooter to root out the drain pipe. I expected a simple snake work would solve the problem but I ended up having them clean out the roots, insert fiberglass sleeve in the sewer pipes, and install sewer pipe excess panel. I couldn't have made these repair decisions unless they showed me the conditions of the pipes with the endoscope camera. It turned out that one of the clay pipe under the ground was snapped, no clay pipes were joined properly leaving small gap in between and my old house didn't have a sewer line excess point. I was highly satisfied with them as they were well equipped, very knowledgeable and handled the job very professionally in a timely manner and verified their workmanship by showing me the fixes with a endoscope camera. read more

Had an issue with my kitchen sink and called Team Rooter. Mike came out the same day -- super nice guy. Amazing service and very courteous! My go to plumbers for sure! Ask for Oscar and Ken.

We have lived in our house for 7 years, and finally had the dreaded kitchen sink clog! Landlord recommended a different company who came out and quoted us $450 to clear it!! For a simple snake through a very very accessible clean out. I said NO and asked my neighbor for a recommendation. He pulled out a coupon from Team Rooter Plumbing and said to call them. I was so shocked by the other company's strong arm tactics that I was skeptical, but called. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant, and reassured me that the advertised price was real, and there were no hidden fees or tricks. They sent Luis out the next day and he was great. Very easy to talk to, very efficient. Explained what he would do, and gave different options should the landlord decide to hydrojet later. He ran the snake into the pipe, cleared the drain, and we were back up and running within about 20 minutes! The $93 advertised price is what they charged. No nonsense, no add ons. We will absolutely use them again for future plumbing needs! Much smarter way to do business than the first company, who I will not only never call again, but will tell everyone I know to never call! read more

Installed toilet. Follow up was great. Price was right. Very honest and willing to please. Will call again. Thank you!

Anyone who's ever dealt with a clogged sink pretty much knows that the quick option of poring Draino down the sink is just wishful thinking that ultimately leads you to calling a plumber. Now the stressful part is who do you call when you don't have a recommend from a friend that won't put you in a position of getting ripped off or upsold a service you didn't need. In my case I went for the ads. Found Team Rooter in a mailer and looked at their specials before I decided to give them a call. The answering service personal was helpful and explained the special unfortunately applies to single family homes. I live in a condo so my options was to go ahead and schedule the appointment and if I didn't feel comfortable with their assessment I can alway decline service and no harm no foul. I had my defense up on high alert but quickly realize the service tech was friendly, kind and his objective was to simply try to fix my clog. After testing the water drainage in my sink he offered to try the least expensive route before moving to the more traditional fix which I really appreciate. In the end my clogged was fixed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable so yes I would recommend giving these guys a try. Oh and if you're wondering why such little reviews, it's because they've only branched out to OC within a year or so. PS.. he smelled freshly showered if you were curious read more

Angel arrived at my house and assessed the situation with the blockage in my sink drain. Angel Vazquez did a fantastic job in getting the drain unplugged. We were surprised on how far down the stoppage was. But Angel persisted and ran a 75' snake down the drain until it unclogged. Fantastic job!! I cannot say enough about his his work. Ken was very skilled on his visit today. He is honest, helpful and kind to Seniors in our mobile home park. Ken knows plumbing!

This company preys upon the elderly! They advise unnecessary work charge for that job, do a horrible job that looks like a 5 yr old did their stucco work! My elderly parents had a leaking toilet that over flowed! They needed to replace the drains....instead they advised to repipe water lines that didn't need to be replaced $24k....not solving the problem, so they could come out again when the toilet over flowed, another $4k under the toilet.... Left the front yard looking like shit with a pile of grass-not flush as if thy never were there! Still another over flow after running the laundry....Oh, they want another $15K.......never finished the jobs that they left looking horrible! And never showed up to fix them! Planning on reporting them to APS! read more

Quick to response and professional. Mark snakes 2 of our lines. He was very professional and cooperative.

Well, well, I wanna start off by thanking Team Rooter and the management there for the amazing job they did at my home. After years of running a snake through my clogged drain, which always backed up at the worst time weekends holidays, you know the worst times. So without fail two Sundays ago, my line had backed up while I had family over for my daughter's baby gender reveal. I need a plumber and I needed one fast I decided to have Team Rooter come to my home to take a look at my drainage system. A technician by the name of Mike came out and took a look at everything and ran the cabl. He was very friendly, courteous, and really seemed to care about his job. He then let me know that his drain specialist. Danny could come out and run a camera which obviously I took advantage of. After inspecting the line, it was very apparent why I've been having so many issues. All I saw was roots roots, and more roots. Danny explaining me what needed to be done and gave me different options on how we could do it. After looking at his prices, which I knew this was gonna be a big project by then I'm embarrassed to admit it but asked him for a discount because we just had our whole roof done. He was not able to authorize a discount, but he did go out of his way on a Sunday mind you to call his manager, Nick. After calling him, he put me on the phone and not only did Nick listen to my concerns, but the author emphasized with them and told me of a similar situation him and his family had been in. I could tell this company really cared and wanted to help me out Although he wasn't able to give me as big of a discount as I hope for he did promise me the project would be done right and it would be done in a timely manner and he reminded me that the investment I was making I was going to bring peace of mind for years to come, which really made me feel good about the whole situation. I did decide to move forward with the work and I'm very happy I did so every person that came to my home from this company was very concerned with their quality of work making sure I was informed the whole time and making sure the job was done right and for this, I am extremely thankful and will Always without a doubt recommend Team Rooter to all of my friends and family members and coworkers. If I could give 10 stars I would ha ha ha. read more

I came across Team Rooter from the Nextdoor App and they were recommended by many from my community. I called them for a pipe leak that occurred on my condo that happened to damage the walls in the garage below. They picked up the phone on Saturday when others were closed.
