What a total JOKE, I tell them I need camera inspection, they show up without the equipment and still charge me $85 for doing nothing. Run the other way folks, you have been warned. More info: I bought a house in Roberside, it had a home warranty, I explained to them exactly what was needed (camera inspection), they gave me your number, I called and verified I needed a camera inspection, your tech came out without the camera and basically did nothing, the home warranty charged me the $85, I have no idea how much you ripped off the warranty company for. This cost me 2 trips to Riverside for a total of 4+ hours of driving. I could search for the date and pictures, but what is that going to do for me besides waste my time, and that is the facts. read more

Paid Liquid Plumbing to replace all copper piping from our water heater to prevent future leaks. Nine months later, we had another pinhole leak in the one small section they never replaced. I called on a Thursday. They said the work was only guaranteed for 30 days and the soonest they could come was the following Tuesday (four days later), despite it being an active leak from their prior work. Our regular plumber came the same day, confirmed the incomplete job, fixed it properly, and we also had to repair drywall from the leak. They knew the fix, didn't fully do the work, and weren't there when it failed. read more
