Paid Liquid Plumbing to replace all copper piping from our water heater to prevent future leaks. Nine months later, we had another pinhole leak in the one small section they never replaced. I called on a Thursday. They said the work was only guaranteed for 30 days and the soonest they could come was the following Tuesday (four days later), despite it being an active leak from their prior work. Our regular plumber came the same day, confirmed the incomplete job, fixed it properly, and we also had to repair drywall from the leak. They knew the fix, didn't fully do the work, and weren't there when it failed. read more

We were lucky to be assigned to Liquid Plumbing by our home warranty company for a clogged shower. Jose came out to handle our issue and we have never been as impressed with a plumbing company, nor a technician, as we were with them. Jose fixed our issue quickly and even took the time to help us with an additional sink that had started acting up. He left everything in perfect, working order and was very cautious to leave our home they way he found it, which I especially appreciated. had these guys out for a home warranty call on my shower. Fix a leak in the shower thought problem was fixed. after about 2 hrs water was leaking again. i texted jose the technician he came back out and found the leak in the drain from the shower to the main line. He submitted the paperwork to the warranty company after a few days we got approval But it was going to be a week before they had an appointment.
