They were the only plumbers in the area who were willing to install the GE units and one of the very few who seemed experienced with installing heat pump water heaters. Many of the others we spoke to seemed more interested in steering us away from a heat pump water heater. They also installed a hot water recirculating pump for us. The technicians Sergio and Luis did a great job with both installations and were able to deal with some unexpected complications and Marie in the office was very responsive to our questions. The price for the water heater was over $700 less than an estimate for a comparable Bradford White water heater from another plumber, while the price for the recirculating pump was over $700 less. In fact, the price for the pump and its installation was $350 less than the price for the pump alone on the manufacturer website. I highly recommend them!

He replaced the garbage disposal, installed our new kitchen faucet, replaced the leaking main valve for the refrigerator water line, changed an old outdoor faucet, and also thoroughly cleaned the kitchen drain line with an air jet system. Eddie the tech has been with AA Atlas for over 20 years and still shows up at your door with a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, but also noted that since our HVAC is older, you need to be a bit gentler when servicing so that you don't create even bigger issues. Under his care, I have no doubt that this system will serve us faithfully for many more years. Eddie showed me that my HVAC system has twice as many air filters as I had thought, and those two that I didn't know about were totally clogged up and caused our issues. None of our previous houses had that many intakes! The main office is also super professional and kind. The phone is answered on first ring with a smile, and they call you to let you know the tech is on the way!

He was extremely personable, understanding, and genuinely compassionate. After seeing the condition of my water heater, he carefully assessed the situation to determine if there was any way to save it. Unfortunately, it had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Since it was Friday morning, Robert went above and beyond by asking my home warranty company if they could expedite the authorization so I wouldn't have to go the entire weekend without hot water. When the warranty company asked if he could simply provide the replacement tank himself, he was completely honest and reminded them that doing so would likely cost them more. I really appreciated his integrity. He promptly sent them everything they needed, including photos and videos, to help move the approval process along. Throughout the visit, Robert took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what to expect next, and answered all of my questions before he left.
