Eddy to the rescue again. I thought I'd do a quick replacement of my guest bathrooms toilet. Little did I know, I'd run into some 1950s level corroded iron flange that needed to go. I shot Eddy a call and he was realistic with his ETA and was able to quickly come and tackle the project since he was near by. Definitely wasn't an easy project due to the slab (those guys in the 50's caked on some extra thick slab) but Eddy and his crew got my flange situation fixed and slapped on my new Toto drake for me. Highly recommend having eddy and tp rooter saved on your phone. Whether I have a backed up toilet, need a snake or hydro jet, Eddy is your guy. No hard upsells and no bullshit. Eddy values your time and goes above and beyond to make sure your problem is resolved. read more

I had a clogged mainline that affected the toilet and shower. First of all, Eddie, the owner, picked up as soon as I called. There was no answering service nor did I have to leave a message on voicemail. He was able to take a look at the problem same day. Eddie explained what the problem was and what the options were as to how to unclog the mainline. As a homeowner, I appreciated the important details he shared in not only fixing the mainline, but the care and maintenance of pipes that are no longer being sold. The cost was way more reasonable than what I was quoted by the previous plumber I had called. Communication and service went beyond my expectations with TP Rooter, so now we have ourselves a new and RELIABLE plumber. Thank you, Eddie. read more

I had a gurgling sound from an upstairs toilet and shower and believed it to be related to an airflow issue. Eddie was able to come out same day and evaluate. The technician checked the roof vent, down through the pipes to the clean out and there were no obstructions found. They both were very professional, sharing knowledge on what might be causing the sound and seemed to genuinely care about our plumbing situation. I would highly recommend TP Rooter. read more

Tree roots caused our sewer pipes to crack and collapse. TP Rooters proposed a trenchless sewer repair solution: pipe lining and pipe bursting. The project was done last week. Finished in half a day, and went smoothly from start to finish. Eddy and his team are very professional and courteous. Their customer service is remarkable! The guys came on time, and left the work area clean. They have proper equipments and manpower to complete the job. Eddy is our guy! He promptly responds to text messages and calls. He is honest and very easy to work with. We had no problem when it comes to follow ups. Today he came to check a possible concern, and went above and beyond to resolve. The cost can't be beat and Eddy provided warranty that covers no stoppage for a number of years. We are extremely satisfied! read more

Eddy and his brother came and did the inspection and drained the clog without providing me with a written estimate for the drain cleaning job and the installing a clean out quote that I requested. I paid them for the work and there is no guaranty for their work. Thirty minutes later the drain is back up with water again. I called Eddy to see he would come back to fix it and he did not come back as he is committed to another job. There is no value in their work in my experience. read more

Eddy has done work at house on multiple occasions he's been amazing at both big and small jobs. He's dug a trench to repair/replace pipes that were damaged by tree roots, installed a clean out, he's snaked drains for us and replaced a p-trap, Highly recommend TP Rooter, I really can't say enough good things! TP rooter is efficient, respectful of your property and priced fairly. 5 stars all the way. read more

Eddy came by for an emergency main sewer clean out and did a great job. He was quick and efficient and got us back up and running in 5-10 minutes. He also explained what the issue was and what we would need to do the permanently fix our issue. Overall very satisfied with the service he gave in a short period of time read more

When Eddy first did the first rooter job he said that eventually our (70 year old) drain pipes would have to be replaced. We had him come again a couple of times to rooter out. 6 years later our system finally failed and had to be done. We decided than maybe we should to a whole house in and out repipe. We had several bids done and not one contractor went under the house to look, and just gave us quotes. Eddy came, went under the house, the only one to do so! He told us that our water in pipes were fine, took video, and gave us a fair quote. His crew came, completed the job in one day. Once again, this is an honest company that does great work and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again TP Rooter. read more

It doesn't feel great when you kitchen drain backs up and now you have to deal with, but I have my go to guys at TP Rooter to help me out. This was probably my 3rd time calling them for various drain needs and it's always good to see a friendly, familiar face in your time of need. Easy contact, communication on ETA, and letting me know what's going on. Glad to have them in my contacts in case I need them. read more

Eddy provided great service and was available on short notice even on a Sunday. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Anything above 5 stars I could give ??? These gentlemen who showed up at my house were absolutely phenominal. They were not only magnificent at their individual skills, but also kind and respectful. I must say a big 'Thank You' to Eddy and his team mates for putting their hearts and souls into solving my disasterous situation. Although the issue was pretty complexed, amazingly, they were able to figure out solutions quite fast. I was very impressed by their punctuality as well as their skill level. After the job was completed they put their hearts and souls into cleaning up the yard to the best of their ability. It was also my understanding they were all related, and worked quite well as a team. Although their work was extremely laborius, they were able to joke and share a bit of laughter from time to time throughout the process. Except for their quick lunch break, I never saw any of them doing nothing or wasting any time. Lastly, I really believe they were well worth the money that was spent. read more

When I saw our kitchen pipe backing up, I didn't even hesitate to call Eddie again. He was out in a jiffy and had several options about how to handle the situation. As usual he was upfront, polite and knowledgeable. Our home was long over due for a big pipe clean so my suggestion to you is have your pipes cleaned out regularly. You can decide what that looks like but do it and keep good care of your home! read more

Once again as I have T.P. Rooters on speed dial came through. A locally sourced business that provides hometown good beyond quality service. I've been dealing with TP Rooters for over 5 years when I first acquired my home. The pipes were not up to standard but TP insured that each call I made it was worth the investment. Excellent job on sewer pipe replacement. Finished in one day. Reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? We worked with Eddy on a huge commercial mainline sewer issue. We had other bids but Eddy came out three times to make sure he felt comfortable taking on the job and even initially suggested if he could not do a good job to use another plumber. As a family run business, he has a wealth of knowledge and tapped into his dad and uncles to make sure he did the job right. It was more extensive than imaginable requiring digging out the cracked mainline through 3 different tenant units. Just relining the pipe would not have been successful. We chose Eddy as it was clear that he was honest and had integrity. He also was competitive with his bid. Unfortunately right after this mainline issue, we had another problem with a slab leak at another location. Eddy returned my call quickly and was able to come out with his kind uncle a few days later. They found the leak after digging about 6 feet. His uncle was also very knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about TP Rooter. Our family has found our reliable, honest go to plumber! read more

Prompt, efficient, pleasant did work that was promised without hidden fees I would use them again

Got the service from TP Rooter back in September 2024. The water in my kitchen sink would not go down. I tried many different types of drainage to solve the issue but it was not successful. I decided to look around in Yelp. Sent my request and received respond. TP Rooter was fast in responding to the request. Eddy came around noon. Upon evaluating the issue, he recommended the hydro jet for the main drainage outside of my kitchen. I went with the service to ensure the pipe good for few years, since I did not know if the previous owner ever cleaned the pipe. The process was fast. After done with the service, Eddie provided some hints and tips to keep the pipe from buildup. So far, there has been no backup water in the pipe. I really appreciate the service from TP Rooter. Thank you. read more

5-stars plain and simple. Had a clogged sink and Eddy took care of it all politely and efficiently. Recommended.

I'm so thankful that these guys are around. My kitchen sink was clogged for two days after I've tried nearly everything to unclog it. After accepting defeat, I went on yelp and requested a quote. Eddy responded in less than five minutes and said he and his team could come in the next few hours. He was upfront about costs, $99 to snake out a kitchen drain. When they arrived, they were very professional and started snaking the drain from outside of the house. I appreciate how they try to fix the problem externally first before coming inside. While they were doing this, Eddy was explaining to me the process and being very informative about the problem and how to prevent it. It took 20-30 minutes to unclog the drain. This team is professional, friendly, and honest. They don't try to upsell you and don't have hidden costs. So grateful for this incredibly hardworking team! read more

They're doing great job and low price, then other services. He will always try to text you or call you, when you need him.

Eddie and his team were amazing! They were able to identify the problem and resolved it in less than 15 minutes! Eddie and his team are super friendly and take their time to educate you on the issue and how to prevent future issues from happening. Thank you TP Rooter Team for an amazing job in helping with our drain issue! Eddie and Dennis were amazing! It's been 2 years since the plumbing drain has been used and the cast iron pipe soon build up with rust, rocks and debris. This led to our serious clogging issues. They are professional and very knowledgeable in troubleshooting. They were able to locate the issue and assess what would be the best plan of action with fair pricing. Eddie and Marco are lifesavers! A bunch of my toilets and showers were clogged and we needed them fixed ASAP. I called them at 8:09 am this morning; they came by at 8:40 am. They assessed the issue quickly, gave me a quote, and went to work Our drains/pipes were stubborn. They tried so many different methods. What normally would take them 10 minutes ended up taking about over an hour! But they were dedicated to fixing the issue and eventually had to go up on our roof to tackle the problem. They really went out of their way to make sure they fixed the issue without up charging us for anything. At every step, Eddie kept me in the loop and gave me advice on our next steps to avoid the same problem in the future. Honest and hardworking! 10000/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! read more

Another five stars for Eddy and his team! They came out on time today to fix a cracked main line due to roots. They finished the job two hours earlier than estimated, explained every step of the process and even installed a two-way cleanout. A job like this would've costed us around $6K with bigger companies. But we paid a fraction of that cost. Thanks, guys! -J read more

The Plumbers Plumber!! So when you're awesome, reliable, local plumber hits a proverbial "wall" he calls Eddie! We had an out of the ordinary situation that could've turned much worse. Our local plumber did everything he could and when he was tapped out he called Eddie. Eddie and a crew member came to the house after dark/same day, assessed the situation with our primary plumbers input and decided to get on the roof! Did you know there is access to your entire houses pipe system from the roof? I did not! The team was able to totally clear all of the pipes inside the house and out to the street, along with the support of cameras to confirm. Awesome!! No giant mess in the house or at the clean out (which in our case only hits 1/2 the plumbing!). Everything from the roof to the city system under the street. Life saver!! Why on earth does this stuff always happen the day before a party or holiday too?!! Thank goodness for this team!! read more

Eddie was recommended by a friend and what a gem he was!!! I had a toilet at my parent's house that has been running continuously for quite some time and my water bill was atrocious. It was a very old toilet and it was being held together by a bolt. In fact, everything was so corroded that parts needed to be grinded out so that a new toiled could be installed. Eddie and I discussed the varying types of toilets, and together, we made a decision that was best for the house. Both of the toilets were replaced, a recommendation was made for when I choose to sell the house and everything was left very tidy. The price was extremely reasonable, too. In the next few months, I will be replacing the toilets at my house and I will most definitely contact Eddie. He was awesome!!!! My review sayS San Francisco...it was ANAHEIM!!!! read more

Better bedside manners than the average doctor; I'm fully aware this is a review for a plumber. Professional, considerate, polite, clean, honest, thorough, no scarcity pitch, no upsell, no rushing, exceedingly patient & calm, addressed all questions, genuine. Quickly shot down some seemingly upsell options of their own while thinking out loud due to impracticality- this earned a tremendous amount of trust from us. Our issue was complicated but another plumber who also seemed extremely honest was willing to advise us despite our address not being within their service area. The plumber who wasn't involved helped validate and confirm TP Rooter's suggestions. Truly felt fortunate having found these 2 plumbers. Was willing to work by accessing the roof too due complexities, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. Truly a rare breed of a plumber. They're on my extremely short list for any plumbing issues in Orange County. read more

Tp Rooter saved the day. ( They also were masked up for this covid mess.) I found this company last night when my kitchen sink quit draining. Emailed them about 10pm, they were here this morning but 10am. These 3 guys refused to leave until our pipe was draining. The smell good plummers quoted me $4,000-$6000 dollars, they wouldn't clear the pipe until I agreed to adding a clean out drain. So goodbye plumbing rip off, Hello Tp Rooter. The smell good plummer's have nothing on you guys. So glad I found this honest, professional team of plummer's. Thank you again..... read more
