Josh arrived right on time and after discussing my limited space issues where the water heater is located, he was able to confirm that there would not be any problems replacing my old heater, if needed. After explaining to Josh that I was able get the pilot light to stay on and after he inspected my water heater, he recommended that I wait and see if the pilot light goes out again. If it does, it is more than likely a pilot light control (thermocouple) issue. At that time I could have the thermocouple replaced and be good to go! Thankfully, when I later spoke with Keisha, she completely turned the situation around. She was friendly, professional, and highly efficient--and after speaking with her, my filters arrived within just 2 days. She reminded me that the rest of the team is actually very strong and customer-focused. Because of the excellent product and the other great team members, I'm giving 3 stars. However, the missing 2 stars are entirely due to the poor customer service experience I had with Maria.
