The outside shut off valve also needed the regulator replaced (the cost was very expensive) but the house is 20+ years old so I gave my approval. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. Their technicians fled our house before we could talk with them about it. Story - Our AC unit started not working and they were quick to arrive and investigate the situation. However, the first technician they sent out thought it was a problem with just cleaning the dust on our blower. Turned out it still didn't work properly after running it later that night - in fact our house got hotter. The same technician came back out the next day after we called NexGen and we found out he had forgotten to plug a wire back in for the condenser on our AC unit - this is a lack of professionalism and care in the work performed. Our AC unit then would only work for about 2-3 hours. We called NexGen to come back out and look at the issue again with a different technician who told us instead we needed a brand new furnace. The next day our furnace was installed, but during the installation, the technicians damaged our ceiling and tore paint off from the ceiling. They tried to glue parts of our ceiling back and it was done so poorly. They even left glue on our walls still. When my wife and I saw the damage done to our ceiling they had already left. I have been trying to get a hold of NexGen since they left and nobody has returned my call for the last 4 days since our installation. The lack of quality of service and attention to detail is embarrassing. The technicians they sent out were also talking loudly about how new they were to the Company - makes sense as to how much of a shoddy job they did.

I had a major sewer issue in the city of Anaheim at my property after having two other companies running 100 foot snake's that could not clear my drain. So I went ahead and found Clean Out Hydro Jetting online which linked me to yelp. I made the phone call and Marco answered the phone which was very knowledgeable and gave me different options. He came out to my property and cable my sewer line with 100 foot cable as well and could not clear it. He went ahead and ran his 200 foot camera and diagnose the issue at approximately 145 feet away. He recommend me to Hydro jet my main line with a water jetting machine that had a 500 ft to clear my blockage. After Hydro Jetting my line he was able to remove every single root in my line all the way out to the street had a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the area. The best part about it was he gave us a 2 warranty and stated that if it ever backed up again he will come out and re hydro jet it for us at no charge. The first reason I called Clean Out Plumbing was because they are family owned. I dont know about you but I am all about supporting local family owned businesses these days.
