I called Lots the day after Christmas because one toilet was slowly dripping from a bad connection- enough to make a puddle within a few hours. Another toilet was running every few hours, probably because a seal in the flap wasn't working. My appointment was between 1:00-3:00 and I did get a call because the guy was running late. Found out he was also coming from LA and it was pouring rain really hard, so I couldn't fault him for that. Bo was respectful and removed his shoes when coming in. I showed him both toilets and (the reason for one less star) was his immediate diagnosis was to replace my old toilet, at $300 just for the unit, without labor. Hey I'm asking to have a slow leak replaced, plus my toilet isn't dumping water in my bathroom. It's a slow drip. After saying no to 2 new toilets, Bo said the leaky toilet has a loose connection and the other running one could have the flap replaced. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to fix and I was charged $225, and I wrote a check and tipped him also. (Note: always write a check- never use cash- so you have a paper trail). Was it priced high? Maybe. But if he fixed the issue then it was worth it. Hopefully no update on this issue will be needed. Also no receipt for this issue was received. Update It's been 24 hours and my running toilet has stopped running, and my leaky toilet stopped leaking. So I am glad that Lots fixed it. I also received an invoice via email with a quick summary of what was fixed. read more

Our water pressure regulator needed to be replaced. Lots Plumbing called me and said that they could have a plumber here with an hour. Arturo came within the hour and fixed the issue! He was so kind, and friendly. He explained everything he would be doing. I definitely will be calling Lots Plumbing if I have any further issues in my home and asking for Arturo. Thank you for hiring someone as wonderful as Arturo. Thank you Lots Plumbing for such great employees and service. read more

Excellent Service - Highly Recommend! The gas company informed me that my main gas line had corrosion and needed to be replaced. I contacted Lots Plumbing, and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule the job, the very next day! From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and efficient. I was especially concerned about the condition of my grass after the work, but they took great care to put everything back in place and left the area clean and tidy. They came out and during the system test, my apartment flooded with raw sewage. Now they are saying that they are not liable. They were subcontracted by our insurance , service line warranties of America. Both companies are denying liability for the damages of flooding my house with raw sewage. read more

We had a hot water leaking issue. The first plumbing company made a mess and was unable to fix the problem. I called Lots Plumbing, and they were so much different from the first one. Lots Plumbing was on time, the estimated cost was reasonable, and they were able to fix the issue in one day. Bo and his crew were great and answered all our questions during the work. We also had a weak water stream in the kitchen that was unrelated to the hot water leak. I asked Bo to check, and he was able to fix it and make the water stream stronger without any extra cost. I'm so glad I called Lots Plumbing. read more

I've been working with Bo at LOTS Plumbing for over 12 years, and I can honestly say, he is one of a kind. Bo completely repiped my entire home in copper more than a decade ago, and since then, he's replaced two large commercial-grade water heaters and has always been there to help whenever I needed him. Not once has he tried to upsell me or take advantage -- something that's almost unheard of in this industry. His honesty, integrity, and level of workmanship are unmatched. In a field where it's unfortunately common to come across dishonesty or inflated pricing, Bo is a rare exception -- the kind of person you come across once in a lifetime and hope stays in your life forever. He's the definition of dependable and genuine. LOTS Plumbing reflects everything you'd hope for in a service company: precision, honesty, and care. Everyone I've interacted with from their team has operated with the same level of professionalism and integrity. I'm deeply grateful for everything Bo has done over the years, and I can't recommend LOTS Plumbing highly enough. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, look no further. Bo is the real deal. read more

We had a backed-up sink that just wouldn't drain, and nothing I tried worked. I called Lots Plumbing, and they were able to come out the same day. The plumbers Steve and Arturo were on time, friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. They explained what was wrong, cleared the clog, and even gave us tips to avoid it from happening again. They even cleaned up the area afterward, which I really appreciated. No upselling, no nonsense, just honest, efficient work. Pricing was fair and transparent--no surprises on the invoice. Great service, fair pricing, and no mess left behind. Definitely recommend! read more

Our home repair insurance company referred Lots Plumbing to us as our air conditioner wouldn't stay on for more than 8-10 minutes. We're in the middle of a heat wave and didn't get an appointment for a couple of days as I expected. On the appointment day Erick called to say if he could come earlier than the appointed time of which I readily agreed to. He was here in 1/2 hour. I explained the problem and Erick knew the exact problem. A pump with a reservoir to collect condensation was full of water so the pump wouldn't work. He emptied the reservoir and connected it back. A secondary sensor had water in it and that had to be cleared. Erick checked other areas and after that everything worked fine. Erick knew the exact issue and resolved it quickly. He was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Lots Plumbing for your HVAC needs and routine maintenance. read more

Our home recently had a slab leak. I immediately thought it was going to be a repair nightmare. After speaking with a Lots Plumbing technician, he was able to speak intelligently and assured me it was going to be a less invasive procedure than I thought. His diagnosis was spot on. He was able to simply bypass the leaking line underneath the slab rerouting it, saving me tons of money, and piece of mind knowing I wasn't going to have to tamper with the integrity of my foundation. Thank you Erick, I had water leaking from under a wall and I called my local plumber. He couldn't make it and had Erick call me. After our conversation , I had a better impression of Erick than the original plumber that I spoke with. My appointment was for 9am the following day and I noticed they were parked out in the street at 850am and waited till 9am to ring the door bell. Erick and his team all had mask and were friendly and respectful to me and my property. They found the leak behind the wall, fixed it, and cleaned up. I was extremely worried because the damage from the water was beyond what I could see. I could tell that the water got under the floors and behind the kitchen cabinets. Erick walked me thru the likely process of what the home insurance might be like. Yes, I will recommend him to my family and friends. read more

Our Insurance Company set us up with this Vendor and we received a call back from Lots Plumbing within 30 minutes with an appointment set for the very next day. With the summer schedules being overloaded, we didn't expect such a quick response, which was greatly appreciated. We received a call the morning of the appointment asking if it was ok for their service men to arrive early due to a cancellation, which was even better for us. Erick and Matt arrived within the hour and got to work. The Furnace unit was opened and examined. A part was changed and it turned out a motor had to be replaced. Matt stayed to remove the motor and get it ready for replacement, while Erick went to get the part. The job was completed from start to finish in 2 hours. Great job done for us in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend the company and the two; Erick and Matt G. read more

With the so California heat yesterday we had the misfortune of realizing our A C unit was blowing air but no cooling was occurring. Our thermometer reached 95 degrees on our bottom floor of a 2,200 sq fit two story home. We called several local heating and a c companies but not one answered their phone. Luckily our last attempt we reached the owner of this comoany who took time to answer whike at a Drs appt with the promise that he would look at his schedule and try to fit us in today. As 75 and 74 yr olds it was a very long hot and sleepless night. At 8 am we received a call they would be coming between nnoon and 3 pm. We were kept informed by their top notch guy Eddie and his other wearing a U S Navy hat. I had a leak in the mainline and decided to do a complete house repipe project. I got several bids and decided to go with Lots Repipe. I am glad I went with this company. They offered good pricing and did an outstanding work with PEX repiping. I was searching for an honest and dependable contractor who promised excellent craftsmanship and offered good after service. I was glad I chose them over other high rated Yelp Repiping contractors. I went with PEX and replaced a brand new water heater with no additional cost. I had some minor issues of drain pipe leaking and other minor joint leaks, but they came out and fixed it immediately. I was highly satisfied with their work. We had a very good experience with Lots Repipe. Our rental house in Rowland Heights sprung 4 pinhole leaks in 8 days in the copper plumbing from the main line to the house. Lots was very responsive and helpful in getting the last 2 leaks stopped even though they had to work outside in 105 degree weather. Bo gave us a very reasonable price for a complete L copper repipe for the entire house. Bo and his crew are very friendly and easy to work with. The job included patching for which they did excellent work. The best thing is that they did the repipe in one day and had the water on so we had no complaints from the tenants. We do recommend them. We were having a main drain blockage which resulted in not being able to use any toilets. Anthony Sun, a plumber with this company arrived in a very timely manner along with an assistant. He was able to quickly assess the problem and they immediately began working to clear the drain. It didn't take them long to remove the roots which caused the blockage. He presented various solutions to prevent future problems and discussed them with us. Before he left, Anthony used a notebook with explanatory pictures referring to our specific problem.
