Your mileage may very with many plumbers but Red Star is the best out there. Available, on time, quick with quality, and outstanding customer service. We needed a toilet reset and Max was here same day and finished the job quickly and neatly. Also very reasonably priced. read more

Kyle and his team have been fantastic! We had a great experience when we used Red Star in January for a washing machine pipe issue and faucet repair. They arrived on time and were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and pricing was very fair. When issue returned this week, Kyle scheduled an appt via text (very convenient). He and his team diagnosed the problem and kindly didn't not charge us for the visit. We highly recommend Red Star and will use them again. read more

Called Red Star Plumbing this morning and left a brief message about a leaking water heater. Received a call back from Kyle about 35 minutes later. First, he listened to what I had to say and second, based on what I told him, gave me an early assessment of what could be going wrong. Finally, he set a very reasonable time (none of this 4-5 hour window stuff) to come out to the house (an hour later) and was on time! When Kyle and Max got to the house they quickly got to work and discovered a pin-hole leak in one of the water supply lines. Instead of a new water heater (worst case scenario), it became a minor repair. They were quick, efficient, courteous and professional. I appreciated their integrity not trying to talk me into a new water heater - in fact telling me I could get maybe another year or two out of the 10 year old current one. They saved me a bunch of money - imagine that! This my second time using Red Star Plumbing and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this unique family run business for all your plumbing needs. read more

Came over right away to replace the water heater and unclog the sink. Will recommend every time.

Honestly, best pluming service I've EVER received. My family and I have been going back and forth with home warranty and insurance regarding some leaking water. The home warranty came out and told us we had a slab leak but since there was already water damage they would not fix it as it was categorized as a "negligent issue". Zack and his partner came out and diagnosed the ACTUAL issue in less than 20 minutes! He even offered to call our insurance agent and explain the issue himself! I also told Zach about my upstairs bathroom sink that had a drip and he walked right up and fixed it for me! 10/10 would recommend. They are so honest and great at what they do! Thanks Zach and partner! read more

I researched on Google. I tried fixing it myself. I called another plumber who had no clue, asked me to find the part, and offered to come back when I figured it out. Then I called Red Star. Well, actually, I emailed them late at night. By the time I had checked my email mid-morning, there was already a reply. We agreed that they would stop by early afternoon. On time. Fixed. No fuss, no muss. Just plain simple solution and a can-do attitude. I much prefer to support family businesses, and Red Star is why. Look no further. Thanks, guys! read more

Zack and his team member came out with short notice to look at our plumbing issue. They were thoughtful (taking off their boots before entering), quick to diagnose the problem and find the solution. We will absolutely be calling them anytime we have plumbing issues. read more

I live in an older mobile home and my water bill jumped up dramatically. I knew my toilet was running so the local handyman fixed that. But the next bill was high too. At this point I knew I needed a professional plumber. They came out the very morning and inspected around the home and explained how to read my water meter to show a leak. Since it seemed to have no leak it was no charge! But, while they were here i had some cosmetic plumbing done at reasonable rate and they were very honest accommodating professional and low key. Didnt try to upsale me on anything. I thought it was still leaking and they immediately came back to check....again no charge! They even installed a shower head water filter I bought while here! I had some big root problems in my backyard drains at my house. I called these guys and within 30 minutes they were at the house taking them out. Red Star Plumbing - Red Star Plumbing saved me during the rainy season by getting these roots out of my backyard drains! Quality, professional service!!! - Plumbing Near Me - Brea, California

Very unpleasant company when you have a recurring issue that was fixed about a year ago. About a year ago, I used this company to install 2 new toilets along with declogging the drain. Low and behold, one of the toilet that is rarely used is clogged again. I was shocked to hear that Eric and office manager said it would cost $220 to come out just to look. What ever happened to customer loyalty and service? Both of them did not sound nice or willing to help. Guess this place does not care to keep me as a customer. Next. read more

This morning I realize there was a leak underneath my house. After checking it out for myself I realized this wasn't a job I could conquer on my own. I gave Red Star a call and within minutes I received a callback and a response time. Before I knew it they arrived and jumped right in to the repair. The timing was great, friendly service and affordable prices. I will definitely be recommending them to others and using them again when needed. Thank you Red Star for helping me out today! read more

Zach and his colleague came to my house today to asses some issues that my home warranty refused to properly address. In less than an hour, Zach was able to diagnose and fix several issues that previous plumbers couldn't. He was super kind and respectful. He even went as far as taking his shoes off at one point so he wouldn't track dirt on the carpet. Now that is dedication and attention to detail. Hire him for any and all of your plumbing needs read more

I spoke with 3 other plumbing companies before calling Red Star, and described my situation in detail. They were all so elusive about their pricing and talked about possible coupons that ended up not applying for some reason when they arrived. These folks at Red Star were the only ones who were straightforward and gave me a solid quote. Sure, sometimes things come up during work, and I understand that an estimate is just that, but this was a simple job. What a breath of fresh air to meet an honest company that wants to just be fair and not rip me off because my sink is backed up. Thank you! Definitely earned my future business and referrals. read more

He had it cleared quickly and even cleaned up the shower. They're family owned and local, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this business for excellent customer service. read more

Hands down the best plumbers we have ever had. We recently moved from the Bay Area to downtown Huntington Beach and the first problems we had were with plumbing. A page taken straight from the movie, Money Pit. Luckily, Red Star came out right away and fixed it all and installed new appliances along the way. They installed all new appliances: - Whole house water filtration system - Toto toilet - Washer & Dryer - Instant hot water - Kitchen sink faucet - Shower heads in three bathrooms They Fixed: - Master shower leak - Flushed out our two tankless water heaters - a whole bunch of other stuff They are honest, hardworking individuals and I will use them anytime I have any issues with plumbing, hopefully not anytime soon. read more

These guys rock!! I called one morning around 8am because I had a leak coming from the bottom of my toilet. I had family coming into town that afternoon and it had to be fixed ASAP!! I had called Roto, but they said they'd have someone here at 4pm, which wasn't really ideal. Red Star came to my rescue within the hour of calling!! Turned into a bit of a bigger mess than I had thought, but they fixed it all up before I ran to the airport, AND for a lower price than I expected! Highly recommend giving them a call before anyone else. read more

Recently, my main line was completely clogged and I had a big mess from everything backing up. I called Red Star Plumbing after reading their exceptional Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed! They sent someone out quickly, he knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything before starting the job. After he was finished, he cleaned up - something I've had to do myself with other plumbing companies. I'm so glad I've found an honest and reliable plumber, and I've already referred them to both family and friends. In addition, the guy told me this is a family-owned company, which is something I believe in supporting. read more

I noticed a leak from underneath my kitchen sink and saw that it was leaking from the garbage disposal. This happened to be on a Friday afternoon I and had family coming over that evening. I called around to different plumbing companies in the area and either nobody picked up, or their earliest available appointment was on Monday. I finally found Red Star. Eric answered the phone and understood my situation. He checked around and made sure to have someone on route to my house in 30 minutes. Kyle came by right away. He took a look at the problem, told me what it was, and fixed it. No hassles. He even went out, picked me up the parts I needed, and came back to finish the job. The whole thing took less than 2 hours from initially contacting them, to finishing the job. Will definitely use them again. Well-appreciated their timeliness and courtesy. Reached out to Red Star Plumbing to take a look at a home project. I had purchased 4 wide spread bathroom faucets, a kitchen sink faucet, along with 2 new shower cartridges and trim kits...
