(Job #1399). Darwin is very professional showed up and got to work on my main sewer line problem. My house was built in the 1950's and has the old Terracotta clay main sewer. Unfortunately, the tree in my front yard found a way to get in and cause some serious damage with the roots (attached pics). Darwin was straight forward and up front with everything. He showed me what my sewer line looked like - cracks, root penetration and gaps. He and his Team cleaned it out, and re-lined it with Max Liner. He even installed a bi-directional line for easy access in the future if it needs to be cleaned out - it's well hidden in my front flower bed (we didn't have one before and had to remove a toilet to access the main line). On the personal side, Darwin is genuine and honest. I never got the feeling that this was going to be a long term problem. He was open and communicated with us on every step of the process. Let me start by admitting that the only reason I called Rooter Flushers was because the other company, Prolific Plumbing, didnt answer my phone call and their voice mail was full. Obviously they don't care to check their voice mail which is bad business in my opinion. 1 earned by Rooter Flushers.
