I had a kitchen sink that was clogged the night before and early morning the next day, I started to call around for a morning service or ASAP. Sara's Best Plumbing was able to fit me in the same day. Nick Chavez was my plumber technician and he was very thorough with the evaluation. He told me what the cause was and the best reasonable solution was. Ultimately, I had a grease trap buildup that ended up blocking my kitchen sink pipe. Most likely from years of buildup. He cleared the pipe and got my life back together. During their last visit, it was suggested that we address our aging toilet with a newer model to avoid repeat service calls. I should have listened because five months later, Sara's Plumbing was back out to assist us once again. Within hours of calling, an appointment was scheduled and Jack came to our home. He resolved the immediate issue and provided the same recommendation; upgrading to a newer toilet. He walked us through a couple of options they had internally and provided a quote. The following day, we decided to purchase two Kohler toilets, as our second bathroom was beginning to show similar issues. We scheduled another appointment, and within a day, Chester was at our home installing both toilets. We had a water leak at home and service was prompt. They provided real time ETA for their technician. Arnold and Sara came to assess the issue and found out it was from our water heater. Fernando and David came to install our new water heater. They were professional, friendly and efficient. David the electrician also came to install the electrical outlet for the heater and he completed in the time for Fernando to finish installing the tank. Overall, service was excellent. Our bathroom sink was blocked Friday night, I tried cleaning it myself by taking off the P trap and plunger. however, it needs deeper probing with a snake. I called several plumbers early Saturday morning and most of them want to charge emergency fee of $140, plus charge to clean the blockage ranging from $150-$175. Of all the plumbers that I called, Sara's was the quickest to respond and they don't consider Saturday an emergency. They were able to dispatch a plumber within an hour. Chester arrived at our residence, very friendly, very presentable, and got right down to work. He used a snake to clear out the blockage and was done in no time. Not only was the service great, the total charge came out to only $89. Really good service. I would definitely call them again next time if I need a plumber. read more

After another plumber tried to fix one clogged outdoor side drain, the entire drain line failed (all 5 drains), I called two other plumbing companies for help/quotes. I went with Sara's best as Sara had come out a year prior for a consult to assess several things, and she was patient and impressive with her expertise. The receptionist was so nice and patient with me and my request for a camera inspection of the line. Nick (Chavez) arrived, was very nice and went right to the camera inspection first. He showed me areas of dense roots seen on camera. He said he could try snaking but it may need another method. I asked him to please try due to cost. He took his time and ran the camera down several of the outdoor drains before snaking basically the entire drain line from the street to along the side. He really worked hard, was able to pull out several dense roots, and it was successful! He even tested the line after to be sure. Just before the massive rain we received this Fall, I was incredibly thankful it could be fixed so the side did not flood again, and for a very decent cost. A huge thank you to Nick at Sara's Best! We had a dripping bathtub/shower spout which we called a plumber for in 12/23. He did not want to attempt the fix and told us that the water was coming from the shower head and the tile would need to be broken to fix the situation and so we put off the repair until 8/14/2025 as we grew tired collecting the drips of water and emptying four buckets of water on a daily basis. Sara's Best Plumbing to the Rescue and as the company name indicates they are the Best!!! From the initial conversation with Jessica who put me at ease to the Humor and Excellent work of Master Plumber, Nick and his trainee, Chester, which was done with expedience and accuracy. Best of all, no tiles were broken and even better no more drips!!! The small touches provided by Sara's Best Plumbing from the text messages from Jessica of Nick and Chester being on their way and their ETA to the booties worn by Nick and Chester as they travelled in the house. I appreciated the small touches and the fact that the work site was left neat and clean. Lastly, I appreciate the discount offers provided on some of their services, (making their cost more than reasonable), along with their service guarantee. In the future, I will be referring Sara's Best Plumbing to family and friends in addition to using them for my own plumbing needs. She helped schedule a consultation that worked around my child's nap time. Chester and another associate (I did not catch his name) arrived on time and looked professional. They were extremely respectful our home. Both gentlemen tried different methods to get to the route of the problem. The work was going to be more invasive than we had hoped. Although they had available to fix the issue right then, we scheduled for the next day. Fernando arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of our home as well. He was able to fix the valve without cutting into our wall which was a pleasant surprise. He worked efficiently and neatly. He was so sweet to our son and pup too. I'm a whole year late on this review. We had used Sara's plumbing Feb of 2025. We had quite a few things wrong with our plumbing. Our washer, kitchen sink, and outside sink kept clogging up anytime any of those items were used. Sara came out to inspect. Just looking at the setup, she already knew what the problem was. She snaked the lines and did some other work so we could at least use the kitchen sink for the time being. We knew it'd be a bigger project overall, so she let us know what the solution was. She gave us some options in cost from lowest to highest and we went from there. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Keith came out to do a full repair of the job a few days later. We received text updates about who was coming, their eta along with a photo of the plumber. I found that to be extremely helpful. Keith worked on the plumbing issues and went above and beyond with everything he did. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and was super great all in all. We can't say enough good things about him. We had him come back the following day to fix our upstairs bathroom. This time, it was Keith and Jack. Jack was great to work with as well. They got the issue fixed in no time. I would absolutely recommend Sara, Keith, and Jack to anyone and would use them again. read more

I hired this company to install a new kitchen faucet that we had already purchased. Easy 1 hour job, I'm just getting too old to crawl under the sink on my back and do it myself. They would not give me a quote over the phone (not even a "ballpark" figure) but they said they could come that same day so I made an appointment. I was advised that if I didn't like the quote I got when they arrived I would have to pay $50 for the visit before calling someone else. I called another company while waiting for them to arrive and got a phone estimate of around $200 after thier $50 visit fee was removed. And even Home Depot where I bought the faucet would have installed it for $200 but at the time I thought that was too expensive The tech from this company arrived and gave me a quote of $320! I told him about the other estimates, and he asked me why I didn't go with one of them! I told him I thought they were too high and his was downright unacceptable. He made a phone call and then told me he would do the job for $250 (that was after he subtracted their $50 visit fee)! Well, since he was already there I went ahead and paid the $250, but I will not be using this company again. read more
