I had a water leak in my garage. Ruben answered my call right away (no voicemail or answering service). He was very busy the next day but he made the effort to show up at my place late in the afternoon. With his assistant they were able to determine that I had a hot water line slab leak in the garage. He shut off the hot water line from the water heater and capped off the copper line from the wall in the garage. He came back 2 days later and he was able to reroute the hot water line from the water heater to the house. Him and his assistant did a great job. I am very happy with his solution to our water leak. Not only did it avoid the labor intensive job of jackhammering into the concrete but the repair was quicker, cleaner, and less expensive. I do realize that I will eventually need to repipe the whole house. Ruben has done a lot of work for us and several family members. I had a bathtub leak where we could not take a shower the previous day. I called SoKlean Plumbing and got Ruben. I asked if he could come to our place to check how much it would cost to fix the leak. Can't say enough good things about Ruben and the guys at SoKlean Plumbing. Came across a leak in our front yard around our sprinkler system. Had another local company come out and was quoted $5K to replace the entire water main to our house, and was told this was the only way in which the leak could be fixed. When our sprinkler system was installed (for whatever reason) it was attached to the water main for the house, making it a very complicated fix. I moved on to SoKlean to get a second opinion, and Ruben was able to give me and my landlady several options in terms of a fix. In addition, Ruben made sure we weren't left without water after coming out to take a look at the leak, which was truly appreciated. Not only was Ruben able to fix our leak for substantially less than I was quoted by the original company, but working with Ruben was wonderful. He was patient, kind, and very professional. I was able to contact him regulalry as we worked with my landlady to coordinate everything. He was also able to include several additional features during the fix, to ensure that nothing like this happened in the future (e.g., installing a separate shut off valve for the sprinkler system).
