Requested service to repair a leaking valve under a sink. Ruben was very responsive; we scheduled for a next day appointment. On arrival, he was efficient with his assessment and provided upfront pricing to the services. Although, there was an initial misunderstanding which Ruben quickly cleared up and offered a solution as a good faith gesture which I highly appreciated. He repaired the valve as well as pointed out other areas of concerns he found. However, there wasn't any pressure into upselling. Ruben seemed very genuine about wanting to help. He even took initiative to cover his shoes before stepping in, and to me, a simple act like that displays the level of care a business has for their customers. Professionalism and service was outstanding! Highly recommend SoKlean for your plumbing needs! read more

I got Ruben to repair a leaking main water line, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. He arrived on time and quickly explained the possible causes of the leak. He was patient with all my questions and clearly presented several repair options, including comparisons between different materials. After we changed the plan, the project had to be rescheduled because Ruben needed to purchase the new materials from his supplier. I was initially a little nervous after paying a deposit of about 20% of the estimated cost, but Ruben proved to be completely trustworthy. He returned on time as promised and was once again patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Ruben and his team worked quickly, precisely, and cleanly to rebuild the entire main water line, including installing a PRV and an automatic water shutoff. The finished work looks incredibly clean, which is fitting for the company's name, and all the parts and materials appear durable and heavy-duty. Most importantly, they fixed the original problem and also helped prevent potential issues in the future. I highly recommend Ruben and his team for their professionalism, reliability, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. read more

Next door neighbor had a good experience with Ruben and company so we decided to call them when our kitchen sink started to drain slowly and our faucets needed replacing. They came and gave us an estimate and even went to choose new faucets for us which was helpful to fit baby boss schedule. They came back promptly on the promised day, and performed the work efficiently. They even promised to come back a third time for additional piping work. He explained every item clearly and walked us through the work done. Both we and our neighbor were very satisfied. read more

SoKlean Plumbing Assemble!! Avengers Assemble!  Honestly? finding a plumber usually feels like waiting for the world to end... stressful and messy. But working with Ruben was totally different. Most guys just wanna recommend the default solution and bounce, but Ruben actually paused to listen. He walked us through every single angle and option like Dr Strange looking at 14 million outcomes to find the one that actually worked for us. We've had him do a ton of work , from massive projects to super nuanced detailed stuff. * Swapped our ancient water heater for a tankless (game changer). Yes, our water heater is old, but not Captain America old  * Installed a whole-home water filtration system (Iron Man would be proud)  * Rerouted some tricky plumbing lines + updated the washer/dryer The best part is he doesn't ghost you (Leave that to Susan Storm, the Invisible Woman). Communication is on point. felt like I had a direct line to Nick Fury or something... he's super responsive and the follow-through is excellent. If you need plumbing work, this is the Endgame. Def recommend Ruben and his crew. 5 stars!! read more

I had a bathtub leak where we could not take a shower the previous day. I called SoKlean Plumbing and got Ruben. I asked if he could come to our place to check how much it would cost to fix the leak. Luckily, he was nearby so he came after 5pm to give me an estimate and a time when he is available to come to fix the leak. He verified the day before he came if we still needed to fix the leak and of course we did. He inspected the leak and provided a cost which is reasonable. He fixed the leak within an hour and I was really satisfied with the professionalism and services that were done. I definitely will use him again in the future and recommend it to my friends as well. Can't say enough good things about Ruben and the guys at SoKlean Plumbing. Came across a leak in our front yard around our sprinkler system. Had another local company come out and was quoted $5K to replace the entire water main to our house, and was told this was the only way in which the leak could be fixed. When our sprinkler system was installed (for whatever reason) it was attached to the water main for the house, making it a very complicated fix. I moved on to SoKlean to get a second opinion, and Ruben was able to give me and my landlady several options in terms of a fix. In addition, Ruben made sure we weren't left without water after coming out to take a look at the leak, which was truly appreciated. Not only was Ruben able to fix our leak for substantially less than I was quoted by the original company, but working with Ruben was wonderful. He was patient, kind, and very professional. I was able to contact him regulalry as we worked with my landlady to coordinate everything. He was also able to include several additional features during the fix, to ensure that nothing like this happened in the future (e.g., installing a separate shut off valve for the sprinkler system). I'll be going to Ruben and the folks at SoKlean with any other plumbing needs. read more

I had a water leak in my garage. Ruben answered my call right away (no voicemail or answering service). He was very busy the next day but he made the effort to show up at my place late in the afternoon. With his assistant they were able to determine that I had a hot water line slab leak in the garage. He shut off the hot water line from the water heater and capped off the copper line from the wall in the garage. He came back 2 days later and he was able to reroute the hot water line from the water heater to the house. Him and his assistant did a great job. I am very happy with his solution to our water leak. Not only did it avoid the labor intensive job of jackhammering into the concrete but the repair was quicker, cleaner, and less expensive. I do realize that I will eventually need to repipe the whole house. Ruben has done a lot of work for us and several family members. He is professional and he always does excellent work in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to call Ruben for any future plumbing needs and I will continue to refer him to family, friends, and coworkers. read more
