I called in with a DIY failure and got same day service. They were able to get my tub faucet insert out and placed a new one in. There was no way I was getting the insert out with the Home Depot tool. I was called within 15 minutes of my inquiry to set an appointment for a quote to replace a refrigerator water connection that would not shut off completely and leaked. A plumber from another company came out later that night and did the bare minimum- did not even properly diagnose our issue and let our water heater continue leaking. I called DiVinney plumbing based on a friend's recommendation and they were at my house in 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, diverted our water out from the heater (which stop the leaking) and replaced the unit following morning.
