He asked great questions which demonstrated his knowledge of the Springwell water filter/softener product and installation process. During the installation, we ran into a huge issue - but it was due to a product defect. He called Springwell and worked out the issue. It helped that he is an authorized installer for them. He entertained my silly recommendations on how i thought it could be fixed, but we figured out in the end that it was due to a pipe issue. He adjusted the knobs and it was back to normal.
