I appreciated them always cleaning up my place, prior to leaving. And making extra efforts to avoid getting dust etc. all over my home. It's worth mentioning, my electric bill has decreased from $250/month to $55/month. So, this job will eventually pay for itself in monthly savings and rebates. I was able to finance the ($9K) job over 2 years with no interest. Very helpful! The staff is soooo nice and friendly. Shout out to Joshua, my plumber and Drew, the owner. Drew called about a month later to check-in, and make sure I was still happy with the job. WOW!! So thoughtful and considerate of them to check-in. Joshua was great and even came by on his day off to check/fix my garbage disposal and toilet issue (separate from the water heater job). They are my go-to-plumbers, going forward. I highly recommend.

They are scummy salesmen…read more I'm having a few issues with the water filtration system at a rental home I own, so I called to have a technician come out and take a look. He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit. Call me crazy, but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars if all I have to do is replace a 3-dollar plastic water line. It is like getting a flat tire, and the mechanic is trying to sell you a new car. just slimie as all hell.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink…read more had VIP sewer come out to do a snake but the associates came in so hot right out the gate on blatant upsells and "issues" that could not be resolved with just a snake. even so far to point out that there's teflon tape on the pipes that can't be replaced / they don't the specialty tape... TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

He also gave me tips on how to avoid a break in the future. The whole service was only $285, which was substantially less expensive than every other competitor. They worked hard, paid attention to detail, and approached everything with a strong problem solving mindset. We were on a tight timeline with other home projects, and they consistently showed persistence, often working from morning to late at night. They completed a full bathroom remodel, including demolition, a new tub and wall system, toilet replacements, and sink and faucet upgrades, along with plumbing work for the shower valve and drain. They also handled a full repipe, repaired a cracked sewer line, and installed a Moen smart water monitoring system. During the repipe, they identified and resolved additional issues right away. Jose, the lead, really stood out. He was communicative, easy to reach, and consistently straightforward. Our home had nonstandard elements, and he took the time to carefully research and source the right solutions to ensure everything was done properly. He operates with strong integrity, is fair with pricing, and never upsells. He tells you exactly what you need, no pressure. Would absolutely use them again.
