Chris explained in detail the Waterdrop reverse osmosis system and how it had advantages over the more traditional under the sink ro systems. It will deliver water on demand and not run out because a pump delivers the water. It has a smaller footprint. I can also change the filters myself and won't need to pay for annual service calls. The only unknown is the durability of this filter because they have not been around that long. I have had numerous past ro units. The last one leaked both at the faucet and under the sink. Cody installed the Waterdrop G5P800A in less than an hour and he was very cordial and efficient. It has been in use for 2 weeks and performing well and as promised. I originally contacted plumbers to help with the project but they could not drill the hole in the kitchen counter for the faucet. They told me I had to get a kitchen counter sub to do that work. I just had a water filtration system installed by Custom H2O. They also do a significant amount of large commercial projects and rely mostly on word of mouth. Many of their clients include hospitals, so the equipment they sell for residential installations is very high performance. The experience was truly amazing. Everything about the experience can be described as white glove service. I spoke with the company president Chris over the phone about initial details on what I am looking for in a water softener. After that, Chris made a point to schedule a visit to see the house and plumbing before proceeding. He looked over the overall layout, checked the water pressure, and took detailed measurements before advising us on our installation options and products. Chris took time to explain the key water filtration system concepts in detail, including different substances carbon and resin filter out. Never was the discussion about sales, science experiment/demo on how unpure our water was (if I didn't know that I wouldn't be looking for water filtration system), gimmicks like finacing discounts for high interest rates, or overselling like bluetooth/wifi enabled systems.
