They had various R/o b/f water cooler models. Standup unit or counter. Set a quick install date, Phil came and answered all my questions, showed me around the R/O b/f water cooler, the filters were inside the cooler. Who knew? Didn't have to go under the sink. The landlord wouldn't allow the R/O faucet install. Everything was great. Phil cleaned up. Made sure his install was fine even though he had another big job in south OC yet to drive to after my job. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue..
