I mentioned that I had an extreme leak in my kitchen sink faucet and how the severity of this matter required for me to shut down the main water valve. Our garbage disposal was leaking and called SER plumbing. They got in contact with me ASAP and had the problem fixed within the day!

I was looking for a local plumber to repair a broken water main pipe under a concrete walkway. After receiving a few estimates from other plumbers and companies, I contacted Jose at Ser Plumbing. Other plumbers came out and checked the area around the leak, and said that the entire main pipe from the street to the house would need to be replaced since there might be other issues with the pipe. I wasn't too sure they were being up front with me and what the actual issue was; it seemed to me that for them it would be easier work to dig the trench, replace the entire pipe (which is copper all the way from the street to the house), and get a nice big invoice ready for it. One plumber even told me that he replaces entire water mains all the time, making it seem like it's a default diagnosis. For the estimate (free estimate by the way) Jose with Ser Plumbing arrived when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection of the problem area, actually put some thought into where the leak could possibly be coming from, and what the best way to repair it would be. He was able to isolate the area of repair, and provide a great estimate for the work to be performed (break up a partial concrete walkway, dig, repair the broken pipe, and pour new concrete down to finish the job). Jose and another worker arrived the day of repair on time, with all the proper tools, and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the site the way they found it, and were professionals the whole way. These guys sure know what they're doing. I'm keeping their number for future use, and I urge anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumbing service to call Ser Plumbing. You won't regret it. read more

Initial conversation was great. They sent someone out to the house ASAP which was awesome. My issue was the bathtub. Must have been a clog. The guy came and attempted to unclog the drain and wasn't able to. All that took 15min max. The fee was 75$ to "unclog" the drain. Couldn't do it and still charge me which was fine. I gave him a 100$ and he didn't have change. Gave himself a nice tip. I don't care about the fee, however, if you can't complete the service your charging for then lower the fee. read more

Luis!!! He is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. I have had issues with other pulmbers in the past who say they know what they are doing, but leave a Mickey Mouse job done instead. Luis communicates will (Spanish and English), uses an online system to send invioces, appt reminders, and payment (if needed). Luis installed a new water heater in my home on one job and also redid my shower valve in another job. What impressed me most about Luis is his work ethic. I recently have a plug in my drain pipe in a new home I moved into and Luis came out IN THE RAIN to take a look and fix it. Other plummbers wouldn't even come out to take a look, but my guy Luis is a good honest guy. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. We were looking to get help examining/installing a line valve for our old fireplace and getting it into working conditions.
