I want to say that my experience with SER Plumbing was nothing short of EXCELLENT! So my water heater went down and I needed to get it back up and running as soon as possible. At 6:40am I came here on Yelp and sent out a request. Within 20 minutes I got a message from Luis letting me know that he could help, but that he was booked for the day. But that next day he would be available. Next day came and Luis showed up right on time, with a helper, both very professional and courteous. They took a look at my water heater, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote within minutes. I gave the go ahead and they went, picked up the parts they needed and had my water heater back up and running within two hours of when they first showed up! My family and I are so blessed to have been able to finally find a reputable license contractor who is honest, reliable and very responsible. We were in need of a license contractor because of a unique situation we had with our homes. Jose the owner even took his time to go with my family and I to aid us with city permits. I loved the immediate communication and the prompt responses I received from Jose. That was key for me, as I dislike companies who take hours or days to respond. I had water seeping up from under my linoleum squares on my kitchen floor. Unfortunately my house was built on a cement slab and the pipes were in or under the concrete slab. The gentleman from Ser Plumbing came out to see what was going on. He was able to give me several options and I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and honesty. He took the time to answer all my questions. I took the quickest way to repair the damage since I had been without water for a couple of days. All the plumbers I had called including Ser Plumbing were very very busy. If I could give them ten stars I would because of the outstanding job he did. They covered the area they were working to limit dust since I have asthma. He covered the pipe where the two holes were to protect it from any future damage and created a smooth layer so I could replace the missing linoleum squares. When he was done, I was so shocked! He had found and replaced the linoleum squares and repaired the holes in the wall. I have had other work done in my house and his work was the best. The repair on the wall was so good, all I needed to do was paint it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He also didn't upsell me and he cleaned up the area he was working in but the most surprising was he went out of his way to replace the missing linoleum squares and replace a part in my toilet that was maybe causing an unexplained leak. The fact he did not charge for service call was big plus in my opinion. It's only been a couple of weeks since repairs but so far all is working!! On my initial phone call I explained our water heater needed replacing and my elderly Mother was without hot water. Luis asked me was it gas or electric. I told him it was gas.
