Edwin at ER plumbing is a real professional. we had a problem with our bathroom sink. slow draining. we got a plumber from Drain right who did a very unsatisfactory job. His snake got stuck in the roots and he could not even pull the snake back. He called his manager who promptly put the camera in the sewer and he told me that there are lot of roots in the sewer and he will have to dig the cement and replace the section. i was a little skeptical and said NO. then he and the plumber tried to pull the snake back so hard, it broke. I was really scared that the snake is stuck in the pipe and will be left inside. But he uaed some other device to pull the snake back some how and the flow got even worse. wont drain ar all. they did not want to do continue and simply left saying they wont be able to free the clog. it was dirty everywhere and they did not even bother to clean up. Then I looked up Yelp and called Edwin at ER plumbing. Lucklily Edwin was free and he came in a short while, I explained the problem to him, and he opened the pipe under the sink and snaked repeatedly and pulled a whole bunxh of roots. He cleaned the whole place very meticulously and put everything back and explained to me that there is some break some where in the pipe through which the roots are coming in. edwin is a very pleasant and honest person who really takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure to work with Edwin. My tub was draining slowly and as I was getting quotes, completely stopped draining. Edwin gave me a fair price to replace the tub trip lever and drain assembly and completed the replacement the next day. The sump pump in our backyard stopped working late in the day on Saturday so I put out the Bat Signal on Yelp to hire a plumber. Edwin from ER was one of the first to respond and was at my house early the next morning. We had plans for a backyard gathering, so time was of the essence! He spent over an hour at our house, first diagnosing the issue and then eventually getting the sump working again. He said the underlying issue might be bigger; the pump was ultimately installed poorly and undersized for our set up. We are very happy with Edwin's work and appreciate his honesty. I contacted ER Plumbing and requested Edwin come out and help me with removing the old toilet seat and riser in the powder room because of the job of the previous plumber. I couldn't get the hexnut off of the bolt no matter what I did. Edwin to the rescue. Edwin arrived on time and willing to help. After evaluating the situation, he was able to remove one hexnut and bolt but needed his tools for the other side. One of the washers was not the correct size to fit the bolt of the updated version of the toilet seat riser so Edwin had to cut a new washer opening from the old. It was a struggle to work the toilet seat riser because of its configuration but eventually it worked out fine. This is the second time I called Edwin for help because the first time was due to rusted bolts and nuts that required a tool to cut the bolts off completely! It was loud and there was rust dust everywhere but Edwin left the area clean after he completed the job. I recommend Edwin for any plumbing job because he is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and efficient. You won't be sorry to hire Edwin. read more

I requested an estimate for a faucet replacement service from several companies in the area but Edwin had them beat in responsiveness and pricing.
