Amazing service. Good pricing on labor and parts. Very accommodating when it comes to being available. Excellent quality of work when replacing pipes and faucet hardware. Very polite and honest. I would want to work with this company again in the future. read more

Edwin has come twice, once for a shower without hot water and once for a toilet that didn't stop running. I sent pictures, and he gave me his estimate over the phone. He was accurate, on time, and professional. One other plumber wanted $100 for an estimate, and another was priced way over. I would highly recommend Edwin and ER Plumbing. read more

I called out several plumbers to help get my sump pump working and this guy was the only one who actually took a look at it without telling me I just needed to replace it all. He actually fixed the specific problems, putting in a new check valve and recommending a new control box. Got it all working. read more

Edwin at ER plumbing is a real professional. we had a problem with our bathroom sink. slow draining. we got a plumber from Drain right who did a very unsatisfactory job. His snake got stuck in the roots and he could not even pull the snake back. He called his manager who promptly put the camera in the sewer and he told me that there are lot of roots in the sewer and he will have to dig the cement and replace the section. i was a little skeptical and said NO. then he and the plumber tried to pull the snake back so hard, it broke. I was really scared that the snake is stuck in the pipe and will be left inside. But he uaed some other device to pull the snake back some how and the flow got even worse. wont drain ar all. they did not want to do continue and simply left saying they wont be able to free the clog. it was dirty everywhere and they did not even bother to clean up. Then I looked up Yelp and called Edwin at ER plumbing. Lucklily Edwin was free and he came in a short while, I explained the problem to him, and he opened the pipe under the sink and snaked repeatedly and pulled a whole bunxh of roots. He cleaned the whole place very meticulously and put everything back and explained to me that there is some break some where in the pipe through which the roots are coming in. edwin is a very pleasant and honest person who really takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. read more

Used ER PLUMBING for the first time this past Thursday morning based on their Yelp reviews. They answered the phone right away and after listening to the problem I was having the technician said that he can be at my house within 15 minutes. Arrived as stated and after a quick assessment took care of the problem promptly. Clean, friendly and quickly had back to back bathtubs draining as they should. Very pleased with the fast response and professional service provided. Price was fair for the task and will use again when I need a competent plumber. read more

Wow! After reaching out to my regular plumber who could not seem to come out even for an emergency, for over a week, I found this gem. Not only was Edwin responsive and came out the very next day but also affordable. Trust me, I have been through my fair share of plumbers, but I feel that I have found a keeper here. Thanks, Edwin, for your good workmanship (some plumbers are so negligent and just messy) and your personality (of not being a Mr. Know it All). Will be giving him another call for my other bathrooms. read more

The sump pump in our backyard stopped working late in the day on Saturday so I put out the Bat Signal on Yelp to hire a plumber. Edwin from ER was one of the first to respond and was at my house early the next morning. We had plans for a backyard gathering, so time was of the essence! He spent over an hour at our house, first diagnosing the issue and then eventually getting the sump working again. He said the underlying issue might be bigger; the pump was ultimately installed poorly and undersized for our set up. We are very happy with Edwin's work and appreciate his honesty. Also he's very very fair on price. Needless to say we will be calling Edwin for all of our plumbing needs from here on out. Oh, and our sump is still working! Thanks again Edwin! read more

It was a pleasure to work with Edwin. My tub was draining slowly and as I was getting quotes, completely stopped draining. Edwin gave me a fair price to replace the tub trip lever and drain assembly and completed the replacement the next day. He charged a fair price for the materials and labor and even installed a cleanout. When he discovered that the problem was actually a clog in the line, he showed me the problem and gave me a fair price to replace the drain line. Along the way, Edwin kept me fully informed, took pictures and video of what was going on under the house so I could verify the work, and even completed the larger scope of work by the next morning. Pros: responsive, quality work for a fair price, respectful, honest, thorough, he and his crew wore shoe covers when inside the house Cons: was a little late for both the estimate and day of work Based on my first experience, I highly recommend working with ER Plumbing and hope to work with them again. read more

I contacted ER Plumbing and requested Edwin come out and help me with removing the old toilet seat and riser in the powder room because of the job of the previous plumber. I couldn't get the hexnut off of the bolt no matter what I did. Edwin to the rescue. Edwin arrived on time and willing to help. After evaluating the situation, he was able to remove one hexnut and bolt but needed his tools for the other side. One of the washers was not the correct size to fit the bolt of the updated version of the toilet seat riser so Edwin had to cut a new washer opening from the old. It was a struggle to work the toilet seat riser because of its configuration but eventually it worked out fine. This is the second time I called Edwin for help because the first time was due to rusted bolts and nuts that required a tool to cut the bolts off completely! It was loud and there was rust dust everywhere but Edwin left the area clean after he completed the job. I recommend Edwin for any plumbing job because he is knowledgeable, attentive, professional and efficient. You won't be sorry to hire Edwin. read more

ER Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me

Highly recommend ER Plumbing! Finally found our go-to for plumbing services. I requested an estimate for a faucet replacement service from several companies in the area but Edwin had them beat in responsiveness and pricing. Will definitely go to him for other projects in the future. At first, I thought the job would be simple but Edwin explained the faucet we bought almost didn't fit in our sink's 3-hole slots, but he was able to work them in. He also had to repair a pipe underneath the sink that has seen better days. I really liked that he was able to repair it instead of immediately recommending to replace (which we constantly experience from other businesses) and saved us money. He didn't charge more than he estimated even though he had to do extra. Thank you Edwin! read more

Very nice guy and super helpful! We had a plumbing emergency late at night and I was desperately looking for a plumber. Also speaks Spanish.

The first plumber from another company was unable to extract a shower temperature control cartridge. I contacted ER Plumbing that sent out a plumber who had the appropriate tools to do the job. He wore a mask and booties in the house so as not to soil the carpet. He was quick and was able to change the cartridge within an hour. Rate was very reasonable.
