My mom talked to Nicole and she was very genuine! Said someone would come in two hours, but her taking her job further, she called back and said that she found two plumbers that can come in 30 minutes. He was transparent on what work he will do and respectfully of the property! We had a leaked on the main line from DWP to the house and Faustino was on top of this. He came in the same day and got a hold of a leak detection company Curmax Leak Detection. They were able to find the leak and next day Fautino was here with replacement pipe and all his gear. Finished the job in an hour and a half. The price is very reasonable and fair and he did not push me to get anything that was not needed.
