Called them on a Saturday for a leak in a copper pipe coming to a water heater. They were able to come within 20 minutes. The two plumbers looked, their boss called and gave me a ridiculous price of $1450 for 1-2 hours of work to fix the lead. Amazing service! Called at 8am to see if there was any availability for today. Mario and Ruben was sent out 1 hour later. Had an issue with a clogged drain in the shower and bathroom sink. They were able to get both drains unclogged within 30min! It started with a call to their office. I spoke to a delightful lady, Rosa, who was completely understanding of my low-budget constraints. They care about our community and offer discounts to our honored Veterans, Seniors & disabled, all of which I am. Trust me, being a retired Marine, isn't the route to wealth. This is truly the dream team! Stop your search right now. I was dealing with plumbing issues where my toilet would bubble whenever the shower was running. Honestly, I was hesitant to call a plumber because of past experiences where I felt ripped off. Plus, having just moved to the Valley, I wasn't sure who I could trust. I decided to give Fix It Quick Plumbing a try, and their technician Phil showed up promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Though I was still cautious at first, Phil's clear explanations and genuinely helpful attitude quickly put me at ease. Mario came by to hydro jet the pipes and try to clear the suspected blockage, but when that didn't work, they had to drill into the ground to access the pipes. It turned out our orangeburg pipes were severely damaged and breaking apart. The company brought in their full team to install new pipes, create new cleanouts, and even re-tile the sections they had to break into. Mario performed magic and handled the tile work so well you'd never know it had been disturbed. Throughout the entire process, they were efficient and professional. On the last day, Armando (the owner) came by to oversee the work and make sure everything was done right. In the end, they did not clear the drain, but charged over $100, which they said they would credit to having them hydrojet the drain.
