They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. We have used rockstar several times. My wife wrote a very long five star review three years ago (Belinda C) She called Rockstar this morning and friendly Patrick gave us an appointment for tomorrow. However, today in the afternoon he called us to advise that they finished with another job early and could come to our house for a same day visit- much to our surprise. We were extremely happy to see the same tech Chris at our door from past visits! Chris is a kind person and extremely professional at his job! He did not give up on getting the cleaning rag that was lodged in our pipes out today. He also cleaned up, was tidy and took away the trash from the job. We've used Rockstar Plumbing before, but this past month really showed us what great service looks like. It started with an emergency. One of our showers wouldn't shut off, so I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Rockstar, and Ricardo was at our home within three hours. Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. He diagnosed problems quickly, came prepared, and got everything taken care of without wasting time. I reached out to Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp to get a quote on how much they would charge to change out a automatic shut off water device for my home since it went bad and my new home insurance has it as a requirement. Matthew responded quickly to schedule an complimentary appointment with one of their plumber the next day. Joe was the person who came and he arrived on time. He first told me I could just do it myself and showed me what I had to do. I told him I needed a license plumber to do it per the home insurance requirements even though it's just replacing the bad unit with a newer one. Twice now, I used this company. One for my own home and another for a client who received an earlier quote. The initial quote my client received quoted him for a hydro-jet treatment and garbage disposal replacement for a clogged sink. Rene came in, unclogged the sink, and got the garbage disposal to work. The owner was so happy with Rene that he decided to replace the existing garbage disposal with a new one to make it worth his time. We had Rockstar come out to look at an issue we had with a waste pipe that serviced an upstairs toilet. It had been leaking and we'd been told it needed to be replaced. The owners, Matt and Adam both came out to assess the job, and brought an apprentice with them as well. They did the replacement the same day, identifying at least one other issue related to the replacement that needed to be fixed in the process, without any additional cost. The work was clean and complete and, although we needed some drywall repair and painting done (expected with the replacement) they referred me to someone who handled it extremely well over the next few days, and who also did more work than expected for their original quote. The entire job was professionally handled from beginning to end, and the guys were otherwise great, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I'm so glad I found Rockstar Plumbing? I arrived home late Saturday afternoon to find that my tankless hotwater heater wasn't working. I had my two small grandchildren spending the night and having no hot water was a huge problem. I called another plumbing company that I've used in the past but they did not return my phone call. I reached out to Rockstar and was initially told they wouldn't be able to come that night, but after being on hold for a minute or two I was informed that Ricardo would stop by on his way home.
