If I could give these guys a 6-star rating, I would. They are amazing. I have used them twice and since I have major plumbing issues, I am guessing that I will be using them again. Sarko has been out twice now and his work is impeccable. The last time he was here was to adjust the water pressure coming into the house. I live on a street with a high pressure main in front of the house. The pipes had been humming and clunking and I was afraid the pressure was doing real damage. Sarko went to the supply house twice to get the right parts, stayed most of the day, fixed the problem and I told him that I was still worried because other companies had come out and not fixed the problem, he called me later that night to check and make sure everything was alright and to see if I was okay. Nick was awesome. We have been having drain problems for years. Every year or so we get super backed up and clogged. We have hydrojetted before, snaked, camera down main line, still had issues. He came, assessed the situation and pointed at an old cast iron section where the snake would no longer go through. We decided to replace it with PVC pipe to see if that would clear it. I couldn't recommend Alex of Root Master Plumbing & Rooter more highly. He arrived when he said he would and was friendly and polite. He diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes, contacted my home waranty company and got approval for the repairs in about 20 minutes more. When the new water heater was installed, he left the area even cleaner than he found it. Alex even managed to fine an upgraded water heater on sale at the same price. Horrible service. They advertise as 24/7, however have no sense of urgency. They use an outside dispatch company who wastes your time with taking all that information down and doesn't follow up. I called Sunday morning around 10am with a flood situation. She promissed someone is on his way: 6pm and nobody showed up. I called again, and we go through the same dispatch info collection dance, then they connect me to someone and the guy says they have no capacity. Improve your operations, or don't advertise as 24/7 service and waste people's time. read more
