Alex was amazing. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. It's so refreshing to find a company that truly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. The quality of the service exceeded our expectations, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumber who provides exceptional service at a fair price, I can't recommend them highly enough. We will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for such an excellent experience! read more

Job well done and on time arrival. I will surely recover the company. Very knowledgeable

Called these guys and same day they came over. Very professional, on time! Satisfied with this company. Definitely recommended! read more

We had first called another company that did not even show up. My husband found Drain Master on Yelp and I'm so glad he did! Sarkis came early the next morning. He called first and let us know his ETA. He was on time and was very quickly able to diagnose the problem and get working on it (showers and toilets clogged in two bathrooms). Despite the drain cleanout being located in a strange location and being basically welded shut, he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. On time. Professional. Experienced. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again. read more

Alex and his team are amazing! Efficient, neat work with excellent friendly customer service!!

Great service, they respond quickly. They were on time and took care of my leak quickly. Highly recommend them. read more

Alex and Yervand were the best. Super professional and honest. I spoke to 10+ different plumbing companies to fix some issues, and they were by far the best experience. I'm so glad I trusted them to do the repair. Yervand was kind to explain what he was doing and even give me information about the types of pipes my home uses and how they differ from other pipes. I learned a lot! I will definitely use them again. Stop searching and hire the Drain Masters read more

Fantastic experience. Timely, knowledgeable, easy to work with and totally professional. We will be using them again and again

I highly recommend Drain Master Plumbing! We've used their services for three jobs over the years - leaks, clogs and water trouble - and every time, the team has been incredibly reactive, receptive, and punctual. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of service is outstanding. After handling some pretty messy jobs, they always leave the place clean. We won't be using anyone else for our plumbing needs. read more

Alex and Sarkis did a great job. Replaced some faucets in our house the same day for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

They came out on a Sunday and helped solve an issue. They were great and helpful. I will definitely use him again

Drain Master Plumbing and Rooter responded quickly to me service request. They came to my home and very quickly diagnosed the problem. Originally they were going to have to come back another day to make the repair, but we're able to run out for some parts and make the repair in a few hours. They did a great job cleaning the area well after repairs were complete. read more

I asked Alex to come today, a Saturday. He was kind enough to stop by in the middle of a busy schedule. When he arrived, he was very friendly, calm and grounded. I really felt that he was ready to help. Not just trying to make a quick buck. I showed him my leak issue and took his time walking me through all my options and patiently answered all my questions. He was in no rush. I own a business myself and take pride in how I serve my customers. It was refreshing to meet someone like Alex who approaches business with integrity the way he does. read more

Overall excellent service. I had a plugged shower drain and they were Responsive and quick. Yervand came to the rescue and was professional and friendly. He explained to me the plumbing structures after I asked him and was able to run a electric snake. The price quoted to me on the phone was the price I paid. No hidden add on fees. I would highly recommend for all plumbing needs read more

Probably one of the most overwhelming experiences of my life. Having to decide who to have do work for you. And I have to say that Alex made my decision very easy. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, did not over complicate the issues, and and made sure I was aware of all the issues that may come up. His crew did the best at not making the job site a mess, and considering the job they had to do, was completed in less time than I had expected with no issues. I am very happy. Also, my dog got out and went straight to Alex, So Doggy approved. Would Definitely Recommend. read more

Incredible and reliable service from Drain Master Plumbing & Rooter! Alex diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and immediately called the warranty company to let them know of the issue so I can approve the work. The entire replacement of the water heater took less than 3 hours! He was communicative throughout the entire process since I wasn't there physically and explained how everything will work. He also helped stop a leak that wasn't part of original house call. He provides a 3 month warranty which is great! Thank you Alex & your co-worker for all your help! read more

Alex came out same day to identify and fix the leak on our wall. He did a great job explaining what the problem was and what the solution is. He also shared some good advice and resources. read more

Incredible service! The guys went above and beyond on my service call, driving all over LA to source a replacement part and never giving up when the part was practically impossible to replace due to rust. Five stars all the way!! read more

Alex and his colleague responded quickly and came by to fix the toilet problem (flushing). Before starting the work, they explained clearly what they were going to do and the cost. That eliminated any surprises. They're very reliable. I highly recommend them. Thank you Drain Master!! read more

After dealing with many contractors on many projects, I don't think I've ever had a better experience than working with Alex. He literally did everything that he said he would do, showed up on time, was polite and respectful, did a very professional job and got us back in working order as quickly as possible. I will definitely call Alex again when we have another Plumbing issue read more

Alex and his coworker installed a new water heater in my house. They were friendly and showed up on time. The new water heater works great. I would use Alex again for other plumbing needs. read more

Alex is great! The only one who asked me questions and vetted the issue before arriving on scene, unlike other vendors. Highly recommend!

If I could give these guys a 6-star rating, I would. They are amazing. I have used them twice and since I have major plumbing issues, I am guessing that I will be using them again. Sarko has been out twice now and his work is impeccable. The last time he was here was to adjust the water pressure coming into the house. I live on a street with a high pressure main in front of the house. The pipes had been humming and clunking and I was afraid the pressure was doing real damage. Sarko went to the supply house twice to get the right parts, stayed most of the day, fixed the problem and I told him that I was still worried because other companies had come out and not fixed the problem, he called me later that night to check and make sure everything was alright and to see if I was okay. This company cares about its customers. They have gone above and beyond for me, not once but twice. They have all of my business from now on. read more

He made me to pay $225 cash ( will add 3% if pay by card, lol ), and did not solve any problems. He kept saying that he was scared if he advanced the line, it would break my toilet. Next day, I called another company, they started at where he did the night before and solved the problem. I wish if I could give 0 star for this company. read more

Drain Master Plumbing & Rooter - Plumbing Near Me

Absolutely incredible service! Alex first came for an estimate to install the whole house carbon filter water system and reverse osmosis: on time, polite and fair estimate. He came back couple days later to install everything with one of his coworkers. They were polite, worked fast, explained everything clearly and also cleaned up after themselves. Truly a top notch service! Alex is definitely my go to guy for anything plumbing related from now on! If you look for a great and super professional plumber. He's your guy! Thanks Alex for the awesome work! read more

Alex at Drain Master was very knowledgeable and gave honest assessments of my plumbing problem. he was able to remedy the issue quickly and efficiently. read more

Nick was awesome. We have been having drain problems for years. Every year or so we get super backed up and clogged. We have hydrojetted before, snaked, camera down main line, still had issues. He came, assessed the situation and pointed at an old cast iron section where the snake would no longer go through. We decided to replace it with PVC pipe to see if that would clear it. No wonder we had a back up problem. See the pics for what we were dealing with. read more

Alex is so awesome. I really appreciate good customer service. My friend Josh called in for me about my water valve converter leaking - we tried to fix it several times and still saw a leak so I called. My friend walked Alex through the steps he took and instead of just trying to send someone out Alex told him we were doing the right things just missing a few steps but we pretty much have it handled. He gave us advice and walked us through what we should have done instead. We tried it and it worked :) though we didn't need someone to be sent out this time I will definitely call these guys back if I need a professional to come out to my house to fix something Thank you for the advice and genuine customer service read more

I couldn't recommend Alex of Root Master Plumbing & Rooter more highly. He arrived when he said he would and was friendly and polite. He diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes, contacted my home waranty company and got approval for the repairs in about 20 minutes more. When the new water heater was installed, he left the area even cleaner than he found it. Alex even managed to fine an upgraded water heater on sale at the same price. From his arrival to hot water took about 3 hours and half of that time was getting the WH at the supplier. Great service! read more

We highly recommend Drain Master Plumbing and Rooter! Alex-owner provided an immediate response in an emergency water leak situation. We would have otherwise had secondary water damage.. Yervand has also provided service and we were very impressed with him as well. Very professional, caring, and provides great service. This is definitely a company you can trust! read more

Alex & Sako were great. My old water heater (10yrs old) gave out and started leaking from the bottom. They inspected the water lines and all around for possible external leaks before verifying the issue was with the tank itself. To top it off when I noticed the leak under my tank I immediately went to go shut off the valve to the water tank but that was busted, so I tried the main shut off and sure enough that wasn't working either. When they came out they inspected everything and gave me their recommendations/price with all the work including installing new water heater, new shut off valve, new main shut off valve, new water spout and also installing a pressure release valve near the pressure regulator incase the regulator would to ever fail the pressure would have a way out instead of damaging my pipes inside my home. The price was more than far, I had a few company quotes but I felt the most comfortable with them as they checked all around for possible issues and other issues to help protect my home so I felt they were doing the best job they could to keep me from other costly mistakes from happening. Pictures posted of their work. My original Bradford White water heater lasted 10yrs, which probably could have lasted several years more had the previous owner done proper maintenance on it. Alex & Sako gave me instructions on how to maintenance it myself to keep it lasting for many years which is great. Thanks again Alex & Sako for the quick turn around time on getting my hot water back. read more
