Amazing service I had an emergency with the house backing up and needed to find someone on the weekend asap as we couldn't use water for a few days. Had someone try to snake it and failed and wanted $2000 to hydrojet. Luckily Drain Kinds responded with a set price while other companies wanted to send someone out and give an estimate they had a set price for the service which I really liked and even more important they include putting a camera into the pipe first to see what the issue is this was huge. They did this and saw that a snake or hydrojet isn't what's needed the pipe was clearly crushed and needed to be replaced unfortunately it wasn't a cheap fix but they definitely had the best rate to redo our plumbing and thankfully they started immediately and even worked until 3 am the first day trying to get to the pipe then came back early and worked all day and we're thankfully able to fully fix it all without having to tear up the side walk or get the city involved. Enrique (and Felix) and the rest of the team) are the friendliest plumbers around--even my neighbor says so. Obviously Drain Kings has a good deal on basic snaking, but if they run into something that needs more work, they can handle that too. Turns out that my 200+ foot clay pipe sewer main had roots growing through it in at least three different spots and a crack at one point and a few offsets as well. Nobody wants to hear this kind of news, but the video evidence that they showed me (I watched along as they ran their camera) was undeniable. They ran through the pros and cons of the various repair options and I bit the bullet and went for the long-term solution of pipe-bursting. These jobs are pricey, but their quote was reasonable, especially given that it involved four dig sites, the moving of an existing clean-out at my request, and the installation of another clean-out at the halfway point of the 200+' run at their recommendation. These guys worked hard to get things done, even showing up after hours to finish digs at night with their lights and etc. There was a hiccup with a severed utility cable, but I figured out which utility it was, they worked with that utility to make sure that the cable was repaired. And they even took care to reconcrete over the dig sites with a colored concrete that would roughly match the surrounding surfaces so things would look nice afterwards. And they sent me photos of all the connections they did before backfilling, which some people might not care about, but I thought was a nice touch. This pipe-bursting is supposed to be near permanent with a 25-year warranty from Drain Kings, but can probably last way longer than that. So, as friendly as these guys were, I truly hope to never see them again--and I mean that in a good way. read more

She has a classic friendly, inviting voice that exudes competence. Justin "ramrodded" the entire job from beginning to end, working, supervising, providing progress status updates, and making me feel secure that everything was being handled appropriately. He was my answer man and the one who tied the entire project together Mike showed me the pictures of my broken, obsolete mainline pipes and immediately conceptualized the scope of the project, estimated the time needed to complete the job, and provided me the precise cost of the job. The gentleman who dug out the old pipes and replaced them with the new, up-to-code ABS pipe was a hard worker, both friendly and courteous. He really did great work!
