Exceptional service and highly recommend! Cesar solved our septic problem in La Canada and even helped us clear our adjacent access lines to make sure they were not clogged and working properly. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent value. I would highly recommend Shore Line to anyone. Thank you Cesar! read more

I thought our septic tank was full because we could not flush the toilets and we had water coming in through our shower drains. I called Shore Line Septic and after talking to them and explaining what was happening they suggested it could be a clog in the line. After doing some more work on my own it turned out they were correct. I got the clog out and everything is working fine. I wanted to leave a positive review for two reasons...1) they took time to talk to me and guide me through some things on the phone, and 2) because they could have easily said nothing, taken my money and just come out and cleaned out my septic, but they didn't do that. They were very honest. I'm glad I didn't have any issues with my septic, but if I do in the future, I will definitively be calling them back. read more

Cesar and another gentleman came to pump our septic tank. This was the first time since we moved in. He was professional, explained the system and found the pit entrance we couldn't find. He cleaned up when he was done and showed us his work. Thank you! I will be using their service in the future. read more

Great service and a genuinely caring individual. Only used him once but he'll be my go-to from now on. Others charge waaaay too much for the same service. read more

I've used them a couple of times. Both times I called a couple of places, and they were the cheapest. I watched the guy the last time and he seemed very competent and was friendly. I probably won't be calling around next time to shop prices. read more

If you want a reasonable rate and great service, you need to give Ceasar a call. He would respond timely and answer all your questions. I've used him before to pump out my septic tank in Northridge and he showed up again today before his promised time. I would definitely use his service again when it's time to pump out my septic again! read more

Shore Line Septic Pumping - Septic Services Near Me - Pacoima, California

AMAZING SERVICE!! They're very communicative and clear. The septic tank was pumped quickly. Highly recommend shoreline septic!

I normally use Showalter Septic, but they were too busy, so I tried Shore Line. He claimed to have pumped 2,000 gallons, but in a month and a half, water was coming out of my pit. When I called, Cesar said "Some people need it a few times a year. With Showalter, I got 1 year to 2 1/2 years between pumping. No confidence. Use Showalters. read more

Amazing job thank you Cesar. If anyone need their systems pumped look no further Cesar's the guy. Always comes to rescue last minute.

They provide Great service. And they have the cheapest and great price, $400 for up to 2 thousand gallons.

The house we live in is old and the septic tank is small so pumping is a regular event. It was time to pump as the tank was to the limit and we were having a back up in the kitchen. It is Wednesday and Shore Line is booked til Saturday morning. We will wait for Caesar as he Rocks. Then we get a call a few hours later. He will be here in about 45 minutes. Awesome! Used to use Andy Gump and they were not the best and took too long to get someone out. Caesar at Shore Line is your man. He knows his stuff. read more

Needed our septic tank pumped. Called over Veteran's Day weekend and was surprised to reach someone. Scheduled the pump for the following Wednesday with a one hour arrival window, which I liked. The man who came out was on time. He helped uncover and recover the tank which my husband usually does but wasn't home. 1200 gallons for $325. (More reasonable than Andy Gump who we used to use but no longer provides the service.) He even vacuumed the pipe for grease that I was having trouble clogging the pipes. He also provided a referral to someone who could install our septic tank risers. Very pleased with the service. Will call again. read more

Caesar was fast and reliable and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Cesar stayed in touch the morning of the appt and showed up with the one hour he proposed. After he dragged 100' down to my tank, he determined that there was not enough to pump and charged a VERY nominal fee for the house call and suggested I get a rooter guy. Cesar was right about that. In a world out to make a buck, I really appreciate his honesty and Shoreline will get my business now that I've got my flow back. read more

I had to find a new company for a septic cleaning, I could not believe how the rates were with many companies and thought I must have been spoiled with the previous service provider who retired. I called Shoreline and spoke with Cesar who gave me the same rate (without asking) and professionalism in every aspect, courtesy call reminder, prompt on time, he even told me things I did not know which I appreciated. I now question my last service provider as he wanted me to have cleaning every year and it was just 2 in the home. Cesar gave me an estimate of approx 5 years and where to check the overflow tank (what ? ok I now know what that is and where that is LOL) People I called one company who was charging $1,000 for the smallest size tank (SAY WHAT) he is approx 1/3 the price and gives you data of how much he picked up etc, all I know it appeared to me from looking in that it had not been that clean for a while. he washes it out as well. Sorry Cesar I thought I gave a review and noticed my buried note to do so from Sept 20, 2021. Wishing you Happy Holidays and Great Next year ! :) Jodi In Granada Hills, Calif. read more

Cesar tackled a tough job getting the covers off my tanks and made the whole pumping effort quick and easy.

Cesar is terrific! Super nice and knowledgable. He took the time to explain to me everything he was doing, and was telling me about the layout of my septic tank and any possible problems that may arise. Definitely give him a call with any septic pumping needs! read more

It's around 7 pm on a Saturday night and I see a red light on my septic tank system. Warning bells go off in my head. What does the red light mean? Why did this thing light up at the worst possible time? Knowing that I'm highly unlikely to get a response, I surf through YELP anyway and find Shore Line Septic Pumping. I call and leave a message. Amazingly, 5 minutes later, I get a call back from Caesar. He explains to me that they only do the pumping but spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me. He certainly didn't have to do that since he wasn't going to make a single dime from my call. The best thing is that he gave me a trustworthy referral who also picked up the phone immediately after I called. Wow. Who does that these days? So impressed and will definitely call Shore Line Septic Pumping when it's time to do the pumping! read more

Cesar is great. super service and such a gentleman! wish we had found him years ago. very responsive and efficient.

Cesar was amazing! We had a plumbing problem, and we were in desperate need of septic pumping before we had work done. Cesar was available the next morning, and got the job done! He was professional, very nice and his rate was competitive. I highly recommend them! read more

Shore Line Pumping is AMAZING. I called Cesar for a septic tank pumping on Tuesday and he was able to be here Wednesday Morning. This service just earned a life long customer, after asking around and investigating, what they charge is very reasonable, nothing to complain about. Cesar was here on time and was extremely knowledgable about everything. He knew more about my house then I did. He whole process took less than an hour and I am more than satisfied with his service. They even checked for things I didn't ask for just to make sure everything was running fine before they left, Cesar gave me tips on how to maintain my tank all while being every very courteous and quick about all his services. I can happily say I learned a lot from his visit and will definitely call them the next time I need anything septic tank related. Thank you again Cesar! --HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERVICE-- read more

Cesar is awesome! Quick and great service...found him on Yelp when I needed next day service (Andy gump couldn't make it out for at least 4 days). Had been an Andy gump customer for over 10 years and switched to shoreline a few months ago, no regrets! read more

There is GOOD REASON why Cesar from Shore Line gets only 5 STAR REVIEWS- They provide the highest level of service~! It's the kind of service that you want and that is missing from so many companies nowadays. Cesar responded to both calls and texts Immediately, he was professional, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I called 3 other companies and nary received a call back. I called one of them 3 times to remind them and am still waiting for the call back from "the supervisor" I had my septic pumped this AM - Shore Line was on time, made sure to fully test the system before departing and were really REASONABLY PRICED~! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE THIS COMPANY. read more

We called Shore Line Septic Pumping after almost 30 years of using the same local septic pumping company. The past company is no longer reliable, so we turned to Yelp to find a new company. Ceasar came out the next day, at the time he promised and did an awesome job! Cleaned up after they finished and even out my heavy planters back where they were. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a septic system. read more

Caesar is professional and honest. For years, we had Andy Gump empty our septic tank, but they no longer have that service. The recommended Shore Line Septic Plumbing, and I'm glad they did! He was on time (early, actually, because he promised to move me sooner if he had a cancellation and I got lucky with that). We are happy to have found our new Septic Pumping Service--5 stars to Caesar and Shore Line Pumping! read more

Cesar and Miguel were amazing! I needed "emergency" service on a Friday and had called another "local" septic place I was familiar with, but those folks never even called me back, and then claimed to be closed over the weekend. Our situation could not wait over a whole weekend! I found Shore Line and called them, desperate for help, and they came right over on a Saturday morning and were so very nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them 100%!!! Super super nice guys and I will always call them in the future! read more
