I thought our septic tank was full because we could not flush the toilets and we had water coming in through our shower drains. I called Shore Line Septic and after talking to them and explaining what was happening they suggested it could be a clog in the line. After doing some more work on my own it turned out they were correct. I got the clog out and everything is working fine. I wanted to leave a positive review for two reasons...1) they took time to talk to me and guide me through some things on the phone, and 2) because they could have easily said nothing, taken my money and just come out and cleaned out my septic, but they didn't do that. They were very honest. I'm glad I didn't have any issues with my septic, but if I do in the future, I will definitively be calling them back. read more

Needed our septic tank pumped. Called over Veteran's Day weekend and was surprised to reach someone. Scheduled the pump for the following Wednesday with a one hour arrival window, which I liked. The man who came out was on time. He helped uncover and recover the tank which my husband usually does but wasn't home. 1200 gallons for $325. (More reasonable than Andy Gump who we used to use but no longer provides the service.) He even vacuumed the pipe for grease that I was having trouble clogging the pipes. I had to find a new company for a septic cleaning, I could not believe how the rates were with many companies and thought I must have been spoiled with the previous service provider who retired. I called Shoreline and spoke with Cesar who gave me the same rate (without asking) and professionalism in every aspect, courtesy call reminder, prompt on time, he even told me things I did not know which I appreciated. I now question my last service provider as he wanted me to have cleaning every year and it was just 2 in the home. Cesar gave me an estimate of approx 5 years and where to check the overflow tank (what ? ok I now know what that is and where that is LOL) People I called one company who was charging $1,000 for the smallest size tank (SAY WHAT) he is approx 1/3 the price and gives you data of how much he picked up etc, all I know it appeared to me from looking in that it had not been that clean for a while. he washes it out as well. It's around 7 pm on a Saturday night and I see a red light on my septic tank system. Warning bells go off in my head. What does the red light mean?
