I've unfortunately had a few different plumbing issues in the last few years. Whats amazing about Owen's plumbing is that they are genuine problem solvers. They'll take the time to correctly diagnose and think through everything on how to solve the issue compared to other guys where it felt like they were just trying to push high priced maintenance type activities when it wasn't clear what those services would even solve. Not to mention these guys have some of the best pricing around and just seem like super honest down to earth folks. I can't recommend them highly enough for any plumbing related needs. I don't call anyone except these guys anymore read more

Great experience... Brandon was great. He communicated throughout scheduling and coming to do the job. Fair price and overall high quality service. I would definitely recommend their services. Thanks so much! read more

Brandon at Owens Plumbing and Rooter is the kind of professional you do not come across often. He was incredibly accommodating with my schedule, even after I had to reschedule a few times. We coordinated a visit with a leak detection company, and when it turned out no repair was needed on his end, he did not charge me at all even though I offered. That level of honesty is rare. While we were waiting for the leak detection company to locate the issue, he fixed a problem with my kitchen sink. He was here for about 45 minutes and still did not charge me. He even drove all the way from Chatsworth to Brentwood. Old school work ethic, honest, and genuinely cares. Brandon is definitely my new go to plumber. read more

I had Owens Plumbing and Rooter install a soft water system. The water system itself was installed correctly, but he caused a small fire in my wall during installation, the stucco repair work was poor, and he did not reconnect my electrical ground once the work was done, which my handyman noticed as a hazard later on. He also damaged/disconnected my sprinkler wiring which cost me additional to repair. I would not recommend Owens Plumbing and Rooter and will not be using him again. read more

Brandon is one of the most kind professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with -- and it was for plumbing, of all things! During the recent storm in LA, my mother-in-law ran into some major plumbing issues, where the sewage was backed up from the heavy rain, and her toilet water was coming up in all of her showers (so, yes, we were dealing with waste water and no way to flush...) We tried calling 10+ plumbers, all of which were unable to come by right away at 4:00PM on a Monday late afternoon -- except for Brandon! He arrived within the hour, and helped diagnose our issue right away (which was that we had major roots in our pipes). He resolved it quickly into the night, and we were happy campers. read more

I have Brandon regularly service my tankless water heater and he has helped me care for mistreated 70 year old drain pipes. I trust their opinion, they provide top-notch service, and their work is impeccable. Communication is always quick and professional, and their appointment arrival is on-time. read more

Highly recommend Owens Plumbing and Rooter! If you're looking for a reliable, honest plumber, this is the one to call. Brandon showed up right on time, communicated clearly before the appointment (texting, scheduling, and digital billing), and explained pricing upfront so there were no surprises. He helped me with several jobs: kitchen faucet installation, snaking my main sewer line to clear roots, and replacing worn pipe couplings. He came fully prepared with all the tools and parts needed, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when finished. His pricing was fair, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions without being pushy. Professional service from start to finish. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing repairs or drain/sewer issues. read more

Brandon is a very nice and professional plumber. We had asked him to fix our bathtub/ shower faucets in our old house, he showed us all of the details and steps and was very informative. That led to us fixing other fixtures in that bathroom that were old and broken and he was extremely helpful and patient in fixing our very old house plumbing. I appreciate such a sincere guy and he will definitely be my go to plumber! He has extremely fair prices, does not upsell you and he works very hard until the job gets done read more

Owens Plumbing and Rooter - Plumbing Near Me

Brandon and his crew are fast, efficient, and professional. Reached out to my request in an extremely timely manner, let me know when they were on the way and politely added scuff protection to their shoes to respect my homes flooring. The job took 20 minutes at most for something that drove me up a wall for hours. They are the real deal. Would recommend! read more

They don't come to your house to repair your water heater. They come there to sell you a new water heater. The technician didn't even check the water heater. He said it's 12 years old. You need a new one. I asked if he could look and see what is wrong. He said it's too old. The water heater was not turning on. I bought myself a thermocouple for about $10 and change it. He was asking for $350 to change it and he said even if it doesn't work you have to pay me. Dishonest! read more

Stand Up Plumber did an excellent job! He arrived with an honest, fair quote and fixed the issue quickly. I had spent a long time trying to solve the problem myself, but he handled it efficiently and at a price that was absolutely worth the improvement to my quality of life. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs! read more

Was happy to come out same day and compared to many plumbers was very reasonable and didn't try to overcharge us. Did a great job. Will absolutely be my first call next time. read more

I called Owen's Plumbing and Rooter when my kitchen sink was completely clogged and nothing I tried worked. Brandon showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and recommended hydrojetting to clear the line. He explained the process so I understood what was going on, and I could tell right away he knew his stuff. The hydrojetting worked perfectly -- my sink drains better now than it ever has! He was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when he was done. On top of that, his pricing was very fair for the quality of work. If you've got a tough clog or need a plumber you can actually trust, I'd 100% recommend Owen's Plumbing and Rooter. read more

BRANDON is a CREDIT TO HIS PROFESSION. I interviewed several companies for the work I wanted done, but he stood out even when we met. One of the items was an easy fix. And unlike the others that came, he FIXED IT ON THE SPOT. I hadn't even hired him, but he did it anyway. The others that came didn't even bother. Maybe for them it was too basic, but these ACTS OF GENEROSITY GO A LONG WAY with me. So of course, I hired him. The first job I hired him for entailed installing a tankless water heater with a built in return and to fix a problem I had with my bathtub. Before he started he explained in detail what he was going to do and how they were going to achieve it. Both jobs were a lot more work than anticipated. My house is over 100 yrs old and nothing is ever easy. They ended up STAYING LATE, but BEFORE THEY LEFT, my new system was up and RUNNING PERFECTLY. I have since hired him several times for other jobs. He is the kind of plumber you keep going back to because you know HE'S DEPENDABLE AND HONEST. With every job, Brandon goes above my expectations. I also TEXT when I have basic plumbing questions and he ALWAYS ANSWERS and provides honest, informative answers. He's DEFINITELY MY "GO TO" PLUMBER. read more

Brandon was on time and professional in his assessment of our needs. He went above and beyond the scope of expectations. Not only did he give us one of the two lowest prices in installation of our new water heater and replacing a regulator but he went to the store, picked up the water heater and disposed of the old one. Very personable, kind and good communication. I highly recommend Owens. read more

Made an appointment with Owens Plumbing and he agreed on a price and I waited several days for Owens Plumbing to arrive and on the appointment date I received a call approximately 10 minutes before he was due to arrive that he had an emergency and couldn't come.
