I needed to replace three toilets and I had Chris come by to give me an estimate. IMO the estimate was fair and I get to select the toilets I wanted installed. Everything went well and the job was done in a few hours. All the mess was also cleaned up after the installation. Thank you Chris for the service. read more

I called this company directly and was put in touch with a plumber they dispatched/sublet to my job--I have the call records to prove the direct connection. I only review businesses I've personally dealt with. It's disappointing that honest feedback based on actual interactions gets flagged, especially given the positive reviews I also leave for good service. Consumers deserve to know who is actually showing up to do the work $950 to replace I wax ring, that what I was quoted, and I asked twice to make sure it was a mis read more

For a conversion from gas water heater to electric (hybrid heat pump), I chose HFP given a competitive bid and strong reviews. Not only great workmanship, but Carlos and Robert both had the best attitudes I've experienced within the trades industry. Definitely went the extra mile. Highly recommended -- bravo! read more

Great prompt service, would recommend! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Service within 1 hour provided.

Great service! Would definitely call again. Had to call last minute and Brandon came as soon as possible and was able to fix our problem.

Jorge is a plumbing expert, and I could not have asked for better service or for a nicer person to show up on my front door and solve my clogged kitchen sink. I have an older house, and the plumbing is tricky, but Jorge was knowledgeable and solved the issue. Also, as a woman living alone I'm always a little weary, and Jorge was so friendly and kind, I immediately felt comfortable. Also, this company did everything to schedule me in last minute. Will be referring others and will call again when in need for a plumber! read more

I can't recommend this plumber highly enough. Julio helped me on very short notice when I had guests staying at my place, and since I wasn't able to be there in person, I coordinated everything remotely. From the start, he was professional, clear, and reassuring, and he made me feel completely safe and comfortable trusting him with my home. Recently, when I needed help again, Julio was the very first person I contacted and this time we met in person. He absolutely knows what he's doing: efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. I'm genuinely grateful I found him and will be working exclusively with him going forward. Reliable, skilled, and trustworthy everything you want in a plumber. read more

I was simply trying to disconnect the water hose from my laundry machine and then BAM, a disaster happened, the pipe broke. I first called another plumber and they tried to over charge me. I then found these guys on Yelp and decided ro use them as a 2nd opinion and it worked perfectly. Carlos came through in less than an hour, saw the problem, and recommended a better solution than the first plumbler had originally mentioned. The price was better too. At that point I ofc said lets do it. The job was done faster than expected and no water leaks. I highly recommend Happy Flushin and if you can, use the 10% discount here on Yelp too. the pix I attached are from before and after. great job Carlos. read more

I had Brandon arrive right at the start of my window (which is always a plus), he provided an estimate, and fixed my bathroom sink drain. He expained everything as he went and we needed to snake the drain, but he was trustworthy, reliable, and worked efficiently. I highly recommend this business and Brandon. He was GREAT!!!!! Unfortunately I can't recommend this business. I recently had several thousands of dollars of maintenance work done at my rental property and once the tenants moved in a few weeks later, there were a ton of issues that resulted in thousands of dollars of repair work done by other people, including replacing all of the faucets that were clogged because of the hydro-jetting of the pipes and entirely replacing a sump pump after it was supposedly maintenanced. They are nice people but don't know how to do the work correctly, which is a very expensive issue. read more

I recently had issues with my kitchen sink backing up and not draining. My husband found Happy Flushin on Yelp and when we called they were quick to help and came within an hour of my call. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with were amazing and gave great information on my issue. 10/10 would recommend for quality, friendliness, and in my opinion very reasonable pricing for the service. Thank you!! read more

As always, Happy Flushin Plumbing saves the day! As a salon owner, plumbing issues come with the territory especially with hair constantly getting stuck in the pipes. My apartment's management is super cheap and provided me with a crappy toilet. I've been trying to find someone independently of the management, and today I had a really nice, knowledgeable person (Mizaell) come and discuss options with me. As money is really tight, I wasn't able to make a decision about replacing the toilet, but he adjusted one of the valves, so at least that will help. I will definitely be going back to this company when I finally decide to replace the toilet. Really a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys! read more

I had an emergency, a busted pipe in my ceiling that was leaking really badly. I cut open the drywall and found where the leak was I needed to get it fixed urgently cause I have a a lot of kids in the water in my house had to be shut down. It was after hours already 7pm., i've been taken advantage with emergency plumbing issues in the past, so I was skeptical of pricing so I quoted several companies. Happy Flushing was competitive they and sent a very confident technician , Jorge, to fix the job. My kids were sleeping and he was really mindful and extra quiet. He completed the job in less than an hour. The work looks good. I really appreciate how fast they reacted and took care of this huge issue for me. Thank you, Giovanni. read more

I worked with Brandon on a leaky bathtub faucet, and the experience was excellent. This company is wonderful, very nice and easy to work with. Assessed our problems and quoted us fully first before we had to commit to anything. Both our toilets were running and one had a leak. I have had so many plumbers in the past who were unpleasant to work with and left me with a feeling that I was overcharged because they didn't explain what they were doing. We were so happy with Carlos who came to our home and very sweetly greeted our wild barking chihuahuas. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything fully and in detail. He got all the supplies and completed the project quickly. 10/10 recommend! read more

Five out of five stars!!. I called yesterday and they were able to come out today and diagnose a potential leak in a home I was the real estate agent on,. Oscar called this morning to confirm our appointment and as promised let me know he was 30 minutes away. He came in and took his time to diagnose potential issues. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had today. Do not hesitate to call this company for your leak detection as well as prevention needs. Thank you so very much. read more

Another grateful moment for us to Matthew at Happy Flushin Plumbing. Once again he got our family out of a bind, called him just a couple hours ago and my bathroom sink is back in action. There's a nasty stomach bug going around at my kids school and let's say he didn't make it to the toilet to vomit and completely clogged the sink instead. Matthew is extremely professional, knowledgable and very affordable! Thanks Matthew! read more

Carlos never got back to me after coming out. I have left text, called... guess I will call another plumber.

Great experience. I had a last minute need for a water supply to be capped off before some new kitchen cabinets were installed. After posting a one-star review on November 11, following my strong displeasure for being quoted $450 to fix my sprinkler copper-line elbow - a small job, the operations manager called me and offered to do the job for free. I accepted the offer and the technician came the next day. I commend Happy Flushin Plumbing for the prompt and generous offer. It shows they care about their customers. As a result, they deserve four stars, not one. read more

Giovanni and the team at Happy Flushin were a pleasure to work with -- from consultation to installation. They were punctual to our consultation and clearly explained to us how they would install our water softener (we needed to reroute some pipes and wanted to make sure it would be as compact as possible). After providing a quote, they gave us the time we needed to think it through before deciding if we want to move forward -- we appreciated this as we didn't feel pressured to go with them & it allowed us to work through our finances since it wasn't a small purchase. Installation went smoothly and the team at Happy Flushin was nothing short of professional. Giovanni was even kind enough teach us how to maintain our home! Had sewer main sewer line block up in the late afternoon on the weekend. I decided to inquiry a few places to help with the situation, as a line clog is a hassle no one should deal with. So Giovanni replied in a timely manner and show up faster than his estimated time, and assessed the situation. He gave us a good price on fixing the situation. His work that was done was well done and professsional, he double check the line to make sure everything was working. I would definitely ask them for my other plumbing concerns in the future. read more
