I used this company since the owner, Danny gave me a great deal. My main pipe broke in the front yard, and he replaced it with copper pipes since the old pipes were all worn out since the house was built in the 1950s. I started noticing a pool of water and thought it was just from the sprinklers, but it kept getting worse every day until it completely broke and started flooding in the driveway. Danny came right away to inspect and was able to schedule me rt away. Danny and his crew came early in the morning and started working and finished the job before the day was over. They put the grass back on and cleaned up afterward. He showed me all the work that they did before they put the soil and grass back on. We recently had the pleasure of working with Luis from Save the Day Plumbing, and he and his crew were exceptional! At our new house, they tackled a major job by doing a spot repair at our property line. They excavated 4-5 feet of our sewage line to remove a huge root intrusion in the old clay pipes. Luis and his team installed a new section of ABS plastic pipe with strong couplings. They also replaced an old section of cast iron with new ABS and ensured the proper slope was in place. They backfilled both areas, and compacted the dirt perfectly What really impressed us was how they seamlessly laid new cement where they had to break up our walkway to access the pipes and left the place spotless, hauling away all the excess materials. My water heater broke and after a no-show from another company on Yelp I had to call a 24-hour repair service to help me shut off the water to the water heater as it was leaking all day. When the other company strung me along and kept saying they were on their way and then didn't show up and stopped responding, it was close to 11pm and I still had water leaking. I went back on Yelp and found Danny and Save the Day Plumbing. I talked to him for several minutes about what was happening. He gave me a quote for the late night appointment and I agreed. He said he'd be there in 20 mins and he was. He helped me turn off the water and took a look at my WH and gave me an estimate for the repair. As I already made an appointment with another company to give an estimate the next day I told him I would let him know. After getting some estimates, along with a second company that pulled a no-show even though they confirmed an appointment, I decided to give Danny and Save the Day my business. I made arrangements for him to come replace the water heater between 12-2 and guess what?! He actually showed up and on time, unlike the two other services on Yelp (see my other reviews).
