I had multiple problems with my upstairs bathrooms. Jessie came out with his excellent crew and fixed everything. He replaced the faucet and shower control in my second bath. Next, my master bathroom drain was leaking through my living room ceiling. He determined that there was much more going on with the pipes in that bathroom. We ended up replacing the whole master shower. They also replaced my sink faucets and drains in the sinks. Piping under both sinks were fixed. They installed new laminate flooring. They even caulked all around my vanity. They painted the bathroom walls and did not charge me for this extra work. Later, I ordered a different shower head and Jessie came out at no additional cost and installed it for me. Forgot to mention that they patched up my living room ceiling. Also I had a leaky pipe in the ceiling in my master bath. This was an additional expense, but they patched it perfectly. And did all this work take weeks? Uh no. The second bath repair was 1 day. Lifesaver! Two days before Christmas, around 11 pm, I heard the sound of gushing water. The main water pipe into our house had ruptured and was flooding the basement and unstoppable. The 125 year-old house had a confusing tangle of pipes and is located on a difficult stair street. Chuy came out at 1 am in a rainstorm, got the water shut off, got a water damage mitigation crew to install dehumidifiers at 3 am, and returned at 7 am (still in a rainstorm) to fix the problem! They had to get under my deck and dig a trench and replace the damaged pipe in close quarters. By mid-afternoon, everything was working again, and they left the work area really tidy. I am so grateful. I will never call another plumber as long as Chuy's is around! read more
