[[HIGHLIGHT]]Roy sent Ruben right away to inspect and diagnose the cause, and provided me two ways to install a new valve.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] His price is very reasonable. He explained why one way is $200 more expensive than the other. I chose the expensive option as I wanted to keep the orignal look of the bathroom. Ruben came and replaced the valve, the water power is much better.
