My experience with Plumbing Geeks, Dave specifically, was great! The day I contacted him, he was ready to help me fix my problem myself! But since I had already started and broken something, and am low on confidence when it comes to plumbing, he was also willing to help, and made an appt. with me for the very next (Sunday) morning, since my work schedule is just insane. He listened to the type of handles I wanted to replace mine with, while the stems were being changed, and when I was unable to find any I could get easily, quickly enough, he went out and got both types and brought them for the appointment! I was THRILLED that he found the "X" style I wanted and we tried those, but my architecture didn't support them, so sad! But he had the others at the ready, and went ahead and completed the repair, replacing my stems and handles, and fixing the leak that had been plaguing me for months. A couple of weeks later, the showerhead, which had been installed without leaks or issues for 7 months, started suddenly *spraying* water on a Sunday and it didn't seem usable (confirmed Sunday night when I tried to and turned the bathroom floor into a small lake and sprayed the door, the wall, just water all over) night and I couldn't use it, I wasn't going to be able to shower until it was fixed. This happened out of nowhere, the thing had been installed for 7 months and I hadn't done anything to cause a change, I don't move or swing or twist the arm, or even the head, at all. And so, I immediately thought it happened when Dave removed the showerhead to make room to work and put it back up when he was done. I thought he'd just removed the big huge rainfall showerhead to get it out of the way, since it's big and bulky and comes to about eye height for his height, and I was sure he'd *had* remove it so he'd have room to do the repair he did. I'm still a little baffled how it fit and was able to be moved out of the way, but he did. And I don't recall actually ever seeing it removed. We set an appt for the following Sunday, I couldn't make one for the week days since I've been working 11 to 12 hours a day (and had just worked a 12+ hour 6th day the day before this happened. This was before I realized how bad of a water issue it created when it was on. After I realized I contacted him that evening and said, I can't wait til the weekend, can we do anything during the week, I'll just have to take some paid time off for the appt. Spoiler alert, I didn't know it until partway through the appt when he came and fixed it, but Dave never removed it! I'm still kind of stunned about that, I don't know how it fit out of his way, and I don't recall seeing it at all when he was doing the repair, so I thought it had to be out, but I don't recall seeing it anywhere as removed, either (after he told me he hadn't removed it, which totally makes sense that he wouldn't, I just don't know how it fit out of his way!) But the point of that is, I was *sure* that was the catalyst for the sudden water spray situation, I thought, oh sure, it just didn't get secured exactly as it needed to be and a couple of weeks later it was showing... which doesn't make much sense, when I think about it, but it seemed like it couldn't be coincidence and I was sure it just didn't get back on just right, or something. It wasn't even the thing being repaired, so it seemed easy to imagine maybe it was a bit loose, or something. He made time for me, he came at 8pm on Thursday night to save me, since I hadn't had a shower in 4 days at that point and couldn't wait another 3 days! Even though I'd believed the problem stemmed from the day he did the repair, I was shocked to learn it wasn't, he STILL didn't charge me!! All of the work, and coming to take care of it so late in the day, and everything, and he fixed it and there was no charge. He knows i'm in a very bad place financially and that I'd thought there'd be no charge, and even though he fixed something not even caused by the original repair, he didn't charge me. What an ANGEL!! What a fantastic work ethic, and he had sympathy for my plight, and understanding of my financial situation! Dave is amazing, if you're looking for a plumber I highly recommend Plumbing Geeks. I wanted to hire him to also reinstall my automatic water converter and was disappointed to learn I guess external plumbing isn't the same as internal. I would hire him for that in a heartbeat if he did that type! :) read more

Extremely professional and honest! I requested a quote for a sewer line repair. After evaluation by Greg, he advised us there was no need to do any major work and said only maintenance was needed. What a relief! Every other plumber we dealt with were salesmen making us believe we needed an unnecessary repair. Instead of this huge job, all we need was to have our shower snaked. Which now our shower is in perfect condition! Thank you Greg :). Finding an honest and knowledgeable plumber isn't easy, so don't hesitate to call Plumbing Geeks ! read more

I had a great experience with Plumbing Geeks, especially Daniel, who came out to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and our options. You can tell he really knows his work and takes pride in doing things right. Daniel was also punctual, respectful, and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's not easy to find someone you trust when it comes to home repairs, but I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation. Highly recommend Plumbing Geeks and Daniel for anyone needing reliable and honest plumbing service. I will definitely use their service again. read more

Very reasonable pricing and excellent service! My teenage son accidentally released the toilet scrubber head into the toilet, and our Kohler bidet toilet auto-flushed as my son stepped away to get gloves. Our home warranty charged us $100 and then refused to do anything because our issue wasn't wear and tear! Plumbing Geeks to the rescue. Greg drove all the way down to the Westside within an hour and a half of my call. He was able to snag the toilet scrubber head in about 5 mins with a toilet auger. Other plumbers tried to scam me by claiming they needed to remove the toilet and didn't offer to try a toilet auger. read more

I am very happy with the service I received from Plumbing Geeks. They were initially very responsive to my request for help with a poorly installed and leaking dishwasher air gap. They showed up when they said they would, didn't overcharge me to replace all the parts, and they did a fine job of reinstalling it. The best part is that when I reported a small lingering issue, Greg responded without hesitation and returned a day later to take care of it at no additional cost. I am very pleased. We will use them again in the future. read more

After another plumber was unsuccessful at figuring out our toilet problem, I found Plumbing Geeks on Yelp. They came the next day, arrived within the expected time frame, and diagnosed and fixed the problem super quickly. They stayed within the original estimate provided over the phone. Daniel and Nick are who helped me and they also helped with a shower issue I tacked on at the end since they were there. Would definitely hire again. read more

Saturday morning I start making calls for my leaking kitchen faucet that was getting worse and worse by the minute. (And with broken angle stops too so I couldn't shut off the water without turning it off for the whole house.) Other plumbers said they could come Monday or Tuesday. Plumbing Geeks said they'd make sure to fit me in same day. Daniel came, was very nice, and did an excellent job putting in my new delta kitchen faucet. I really appreciate how honest he was. I was certain I needed new angle stops, but somehow in the stress of water leaking all over my counter I misdiagnosed them. He could've easily changed them out and charged me, but instead advised me they didn't actually need to be replaced, saving me a good chunk of money. All in all, good people, a good price, quick service. What more can you ask for? I was so happy with Daniel and his work I scheduled him to come back a few days later to do a less urgent plumbing job. Replacing the broken pressure release valve on my water heater. He ended up being unavailable, but another technician whose name escapes me at this moment came out and did the job. Again, good work, done quickly, and for a good price. I appreciated that he didn't charge me for a new PRV even though the plumbing supply store said it was not covered under warranty. He easily could've passed that cost to me. But when I told him Bradford White Co had told me previously it'd be covered, he said he'd call them himself and work out getting reimbursed without involving me. Yet another example of Plumbing Geeks being extra nice and putting in the extra effort when they easily could've not. Next time I need a plumber, they will definitely be my first call. read more

Very disappointed. He originally quoted me $202 with a 10% discount to replace one faucet and go to home depot to buy it. I then called to add one more. He quoted me $400. I said that adding $200 is too much considering that there is no drive to home depot again and house. He then brought it down to $360. I declined and said I can probably get it for less. 5 minutes later, I called back saying that I will go eith him but he changed his mind He said he won't honor the $360 anymore and that I'm difficult to work with lol. What a joke. Editing review after his comment: I NEVER threatened them with a negative review if they don't lower their price. That's pathetic for you to say that!!!!!! I left you a review because you didn't honor your $360. In fact you asked to meet half way at $380. And then right after you told me I'm difficult to work with just all because I said $400 was too much Another edit after he modified his response on here again: My tone didn't change at all. As I stated, I called back to accept the $360 offer and he asked to meet half way. The fact that he wanted an additional $200 was unreasonable. Then he back paddled and I basically said I'm no longer interested. read more

The whole process was smooth. Greg's guys came out the next day. They inspected and gave me a quote. They stuck to the terms of the quote. The work was done professionally. Billing was easy and so was payment. Be aware that Plumbing is expensive. No matter how small or big the job. Sometimes I think I went into the wrong field and should've become a licensed plumber, Lol! I recommend Plumbing Geeks without reservation. Always ask for the price of everything. This was the first time we had experienced plumbing issues in our home. Our main sewer line was unexpectedly backed up causing an overflow in our restroom. We were in desperate need so we found these geeks and they came through clutch! Greg and his team came over the same day to assess and quote us. They provided us with their professional recommendations and suggestions which would help us in the long run. Greg and his team were thorough and detailed in explaining everything. They addressed all of my questions and concerns putting me and my families mind at ease. Turns out we had some roots in our main sewer line. Thus, offering to install a mainline clean out access point for us. Luckily, they were able to come over and successfully resolve our issue the very next day. They dug and installed two clean out access points, then snaked and hydro jetted the line clearing them out entirely. Executing everything exactly as promised. I can't thank Greg enough for his honesty, transparency, professionalism and overall kind nature. Special thank you to Danny, Adrian and Elsa for all their hard work on fixing our issue as well. They were very understanding and accommodating. As a first time customer of Plumbing Geeks, I can confidently say I will definitely be using their services for future issues. read more
