Greg and his team have come out a couple times to my house to clean out the sewer drain pipe which had backed up due to roots growing inside it. The first time they used a snake to cut through the roots and unclog the drain. A couple months later they came back to do hydro jet to clean out the rest of the roots. They had camera equipment to ensure they got everything and did a great job. Fairly priced and very professional. So about 3 Months ago all of the backflows for our community were stolen. Our previous landscapers quoted us over $20,000++++ To replace our BACKFLOW's they lead us to believe we needed expensive pressure regulators which they had sold us previously because they claimed our water pressure was too high. I personally went and purchased all the missing backflows and purchased the best pressure regulators and spent about $3000+ total. That brings me to my review for this particular plumber. The owners name is Greg he personally came out and assessed the situation and quoted me $300 in labor to replace each backflow. I was in disbelief when he quoted me this price so I agreed to move forward to see if he could actually do the work. To my surprise he actually did an amazing job with reconnecting the BACKFLOW's and he was so knowledgeable about every little detail of BACKFLOW's and plumbing and pressure regulators. While he was installing these BACKFLOW's I noticed that many special tools were required that a regular plumber would not carry and would charge a lot more to have to utilize. Greg had every possible tool in his truck and he worked over eight hours until he installed the backflow. He made several trips back-and-forth to the store and bought missing parts. Pretty rude, but they're fine. Drain was backflowing, so I'm glad they fixed it. But I was a little confused when one person said "I don't know why you said the sink was draining slow" and then the other person proceeded to show me how the stopper works, spoke to me like I was a moron. A little confused bc they did pull out some hair and told me there was a clog. Idk maybe I'm just a layman but I thought that's what would cause a drain to drain slowly? read more

My water heater broke and could have been repaired. But it was 10 years old. Some companies pushed me to just replace it. But Gregg was great. What else can I say? He came out quick. Went over all the options. 1. Replace thermostat part for about $500. 2. Replace full water heater with a new tank. Or 3. Go tankless. I was interested in tankless but thought I couldn't afford it. Truth is there are massive rebates available right now through the gas company. So that made the cost just slightly higher than going with a new tank. We have used them a couple of times so far and we are very happy with the service they provide. We had a leak in our kitchen so we had them come out and take a look. We needed a new facet so he told us what to look for and they would be back to install it. I purchased the facet from home depot and so he came back to install it but Home Depot sold me an open product so we were missing a key piece. He let us know what was missing so we can go deal with Home Depot and get the piece we needed.
