UPDATE: We called Mike and he showed up and made things right with my sister. I appreciate him standing behind his business. Called to get an estimate and James came over. He quoted $320 to fix the hot water in one bathroom and clear a clog in the kitchen sink. We agreed on the price but once he started working, he snaked the kitchen sink and said he wasn't able to fix the hot water in the bathroom. Mind you, he inspected the bathroom sink and said he's be able to fix it prior to the quote. Then after he snaked the kitchen sink, he wanted to charge us $340 for just the kitchen sink, he never touched the bathroom. I believe since my sister was the one home he tried to increase the price but luckily my cousin whose husband is a lawyer showed up and informed James that what he was doing was illegal.
