Thank goodness I contacted these people! Thank you Yelpers, for steering me in the right direction! I got a really good vibe from the guy who showed up. First off he actually called me when he was about twenty minutes away. It was helpful to know he was on his way. Once he arrived he put on plastic shoe covers /booties so that my floors could stay clean while he worked. Then when he looked at my tankless water heater he took the time to explain three reasons it was not up to code. I really appreciate it her he explained everything so that someone completely clueless about the topic could understand. He was a good teacher! I asked him to look at some leaky faucets, shower diverters, etc, and he even explained what was going on with all of them. It was neat for me to learn what was causing the leaks and what other areas could be improved. He also wasn't trying to upsell anything. Once he realized my whole complex has a water pressure reducer valve thing he told me that I didn't really need to get an individual one for my unit. (I had asked about if I could get one beforehand.) He said the HOA just needs to get a new one since our water pressure is too high and the one we have is old. That was very cool of him. This visit cost $89 and I was able to pay via Zelle. I hope when I have them come out fix/replace everything that I get Alex back! read more

We were experiencing fluctuating water pressure issues and leak finally developed. Proview Plumbing responded quickly (within minutes) to our Yelp request. We scheduled a time for the same day. They arrived exactly on time, brought all the supplies and multiple technicians. They inspected and explained everything that needed to be done before starting the job. Several options for repairs were offered. I decided to have the entire job done. They were able to replace a frozen water shutoff valve, a broken main pressure regulator, replace multiple corroded shut valves under the sink, completely replace the corroded pipes under the sink. I called Proview Plumbing prior to his arrival @ 5:50pm. On a recorded message I asked how much would it cost for repairing my toilet that did not flush. Arthur said it was $89 flat rate!. I asked if there was an additional charge for parts installed. He said the $89 included parts. So I said OK. He arrives & notices I live in a very nice neighborhood & have a very lovely home. I asked how much to fix my toilet to flush..now it was $300! He shouted & swore @ me that I was lying & I misunderstood everything & how he has to pay for coming out to my house & how he has to pay for the YELP ad. I told him I am not paying $300 & he could leave.He kept shouting @ me. I said I will agree to pay him $89 as I did not want him to put a mechanics lien on my house for non-payment, He fixed the toilet & I paid him $89. I think he can bamboozle a lot of seniors into paying him outrageous prices.BUYER BE WARE! I would never recommend him even though he gave me his business card! read more
