Arthur was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood exactly what work he was performing before completing anything. He was also very patient in answering all of my questions and went out of his way to take care of small things that he didn't charge me for. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify several pieces of equipment that were not up to code, had already leaked, or were at risk of leaking. He also pointed out other issues he noticed so I could be aware of them and address them appropriately. On top of his technical knowledge, he was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated how transparent, helpful, and professional he was throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend his services! Roland and Rolando were also great, friendly, and efficient with their work! I really appreciated everyone's effort and willingness to help throughout the entire process. read more

Highly recommended! I sent a message and Arthur arrived within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a clogged sink, was fair and honest with his pricing, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the service. Thank you, Arthur, for the excellent work. I truly appreciate your prompt response and quality service. Or a shorter Yelp/Google version: Highly recommended! Arthur responded within 20 minutes of my call and quickly took care of a clogged sink. Fair pricing, honest service, and very professional. Thank you, Arthur! read more

My sink clogged. I tried to DIY the unclog: bottle of drain-o, small snake, 33 ft snake....a lot of gagging and mystery meat but it didn't work. Proview Plumbing to the rescue! They said they could be here in the hour and they were. Tbh I was surprised because they beat me home from work. Roland is the best. My dog, who is normally timid as heck went up to him like they were old friends. Definitely not jealous I swear. Anyways, Roland talks to me and looks at the things. Absolutely indulgent in a non condescending, genuine way. He breaks down the cost - $89 exam and then the cost because of my janky old pipes. But the exam goes towards the cost etc etc. Go for it Roland. He gets to work. He asked a few questions, remembering my name each time. Polite as all heck and just so sweet. After a bunch of rooting and fancy plumbing magic, I hear the sweet precious sound of a non clogged sink! He even emptied the bucket of my failed DIY attempt - in the toilet though so he wouldn't risk a reclog. He let the water run for quite a bit so we knew it was fixed. $440 and an absolute peace of mind. I would 10/10 hire again. Roland was so very sweet even though I forgot his name (I had to re-ask at the end). He wasn't remotely condescending or mansplainy. He was able to get here so quickly and fix things. read more

Art and Alex have done multiple jobs on our condo. Fixing a leak in our kitchen plumbing, installing a pressure regulator on the whole condo building, and installing a new water heater to replace one that was over a decade old. Each time they've been attentive to detail, and professionally cleaned up after the jobs were done. Upfront about pricing. Would call them again if something comes up. read more

Thank goodness I contacted these people! Thank you Yelpers, for steering me in the right direction! I got a really good vibe from the guy who showed up. First off he actually called me when he was about twenty minutes away. It was helpful to know he was on his way. Once he arrived he put on plastic shoe covers /booties so that my floors could stay clean while he worked. Then when he looked at my tankless water heater he took the time to explain three reasons it was not up to code. I really appreciate it her he explained everything so that someone completely clueless about the topic could understand. He was a good teacher! I asked him to look at some leaky faucets, shower diverters, etc, and he even explained what was going on with all of them. It was neat for me to learn what was causing the leaks and what other areas could be improved. He also wasn't trying to upsell anything. Once he realized my whole complex has a water pressure reducer valve thing he told me that I didn't really need to get an individual one for my unit. (I had asked about if I could get one beforehand.) He said the HOA just needs to get a new one since our water pressure is too high and the one we have is old. That was very cool of him. This visit cost $89 and I was able to pay via Zelle. I hope when I have them come out fix/replace everything that I get Alex back! read more

I originally wrote a good review on Google, but took it down once I realized that the plumber had not been forthcoming of the problems we would encounter once he completed the recommended work. It became one problem after another until I felt like we were being "held hostage" if we didn't fix the next problem that arose. Well, I sent them packing and let Mr Arthur know that their tactics are unethical and bad karma. Now that we've had another plumber come in, I know we paid Proview too much for the work they did. In total some $3300 dollars!!! Get a second opinion and ask lots of questions before you agree to let them fix your plumbing issues. You've been warned. read more

From start to finish, Proview Plumbing & Rooter was FANTASTIC! Called me away, discussed the situation and they were on it, with several options, prices and description. Honest and straight forward, very rare today, the job was done on time, clean and honored the estimate! I am very fussy with the companies that I hire, that said, Proview Plumbing & Rooter has my back and my business for all future plumbing needs! read more

Its safe to say that plumbers get a bad rap, but Proview Pluming were EXCEPTIONAL! We had them out twice for two separate issues (first to hunt down a gas leak and second to fix a clogged kitchen sink) and we were blown away by their expertise and professionalism on both occasions. Not only was the team knowledgeable, but they took the time to explain the issues in Layman's terms so we understood the issues and how they were going to fix them. They were punctual, efficient, tidy, and took notice of our space to keep it orderly and clean. If you're looking for a plumbing company that you can trust, this is the one! read more

We had a great experience with ProView! Our HVAC fan motor stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day we called. Henry removed the broken part, sourced a replacement, and came back the next day to install it. Replacing an HVAC fan motor can definitely be pricey. Ours cost $1,645 (part and labor) for reference, but Henry was great to work with throughout the entire process. Based on our experience, I would recommend Henry for HVAC services! read more

We recently bought our home and started hearing bubbling noises coming from the toilet, which had us really stressed that it might be a major plumbing issue. Arthur came out and he ran a camera through the plumbing line and confirmed everything was clear. He was friendly and professional and his pricing was fair and transparent. He also took the time to explain that most of our plumbing looked new and in great shape, while honestly pointing out a few areas that may eventually need attention down the line. While he was here, he checked a leak we found in our guest bathroom shower and gave us clear recommendations on what to do next without any pressure.
