We had a terrible experience with this company. We have a 5 year old HVAC that was having issues. We trusted Air Plus HVAC for over two years. At the recommendation of the technicians we have had multiple parts misdiagnosed and replaced costing thousands of dollars and our heater still has the same issue. One technician even made a comment that the parts that he was installing aren't as quality as they used to be and that's why they need a replacement sooner. Another technician recommended a yearly "Gold Membership" that was $650 dollars a year to keep our HVAC working. This seems highly suspicious considering none of our other homeowner friends and family (including ones who live in Denver) need to invest that much to keep their heaters operational. The office staff was apathetic, we received confusing quotes and they did nothing to help us fix our problem. Honestly I'm embarrassed I trusted this company, I only hope other homeowners don't make the same mistake and have to go through what we went through. read more

Raz at Air Plus was the only technician of several that we interviewed, who even offered to repair our unit, rather than sell us a very costly new one - which likely wouldn't work as well as our current system in our old house. After thorough diagnosis, Raz identified several safety issues where repairs prior to our ownership had bypassed safety sensors. He was able to repair the broken sensors, fix a leaky gas valve, and install a new blower motor all for a price that was a fraction of what it would've cost to install a new system. Our heater is operating reliably and quietly now, and we are grateful for Raz's honesty , professionalism, and integrity. I was called Monday morning to say they were looking very busy and asked if I could reschedule to Tuesday morning, I let them know I had an elderly person in the home and asked for them to try to make their appointment and if they couldn't make it to reschedule me at that time, she said she'd call at 3pm. AirPlus has been amazing to work with. It started with one of the units of my minisplit system on the fritz. Then all 3 of them were on the fritz, exhibiting the same issue. Raz and team were able to get 2 of the 3 going but the 3rd one continued to create headaches. Numerous part replacements across multiple service appointments and calls to Samsung turned into the realization that I might be better off cutting my losses and just replacing my entire system. And, on top of all that, I wanted to fix once and for all an ongoing issue with the pump of another unit on my other system (I have 2 systems: a 3-1 and a 2-1). 2 pump installs and a fried/replaced board later, I think we finally got it. AirPlus was responsive, communicative, and great to work with throughout. And, they discounted the full system replacement because I had already invested in several parts and service calls.... Sigh. It was a bit of a saga but AirPlus has been tremendous. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire crew, especially Raz who made numerous trips and spent way too much of his life on calls with Samsung. Vanik came out and did a good job on maintenance of my AC unit. They were timely, and kept me up to date on when appointment would come.

Friday morning we awoke to smell smoke. It was not the LA fires but our heater blower fan that had burned out overnight. We called a couple HVAC services but the only one willing to come over on Friday was Air Plus HVAC. Technician Razmik came over 2 hours after our call. He confirmed that the blower had burned out, but otherwise we had an excellent heating system. He said he could order the part and put it in on Monday or Tuesday. True to his word, he confirmed Monday morning he would be by in the afternoon to do the work. He arrived on time and after about 90 minutes we had our heating system working again. We thought the cost was very fair and we would hire Razmik again of needed. read more

Working with Air Plus HVAC (they installed my heat pump) is one of the best contractor experiences I've had in YEARS. Everyone was professional, courteous, thoughtful, and did what they said they would do. Do you know how rare that has become?!?!? They stayed in touch throughout the process and answered any questions quickly. Based on my experience, I give them the highest of recommendations. When Taddeh first came to meet with me he was completely aware of items that might be required for permitting, etc. He was solicitous of our needs for placement of the heat pump, for sound considerations, and (yay) for our budget. He provided us with three alternative scenarios, all based on our conversation. The day of installation, Chava Salvador was on site all day and although it was a long day for the Chava and his two fellow installers (8:00am - 5:30pm +/-) they got it done in a day and had the house toasty warm when they left. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid we received, but after all is said and done this was excellent value for money. The workmanship/product/professionalism were great and such a great customer experience is worth a lot in its own right! read more
