Jesus (the service tech) was prompt and friendly. They kept me informed of everything they found in real time. They also provided up-front potential costs before the tech came out. During the AC maintenance, he discovered that the unit was WAY low on coolant, suggesting a possible leak, but my landlord will have to address that issue separately. Jesus got the coolant back up to the recommended level and the AC is already working better. I have forwarded Blueberry Air to my landlord as well, in hopes that he will hire them to service the other 5 units in our building and give them the opportunity to make any necessary repairs. read more

I called Blueberry Air to repair a packaged 3.5 ton HVAC system. The repair turned out to be more complicated and not cost effective to repair. The unit had been very troublesome early in the year, so I decided to replace it. Sammy discussed options and presented a quote with a good price. He was able to quickly arrange removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit on the following day. I was impressed with how quickly he set up the removal and installation. The work took about 6 hours. Everyone on the install team was very competent, professional and pleasant to work with. They did a nice and tidy installation, see pictures below. He was great at communicating via text his ETA which I really appreciated! He was so nice and even wore shoe covers when he came to inspect our house. These guys are professional, extremely courteous and really know their stuff! Sammy was super responsive. He asked me a few questions over the phone and did some preliminary diagnosis before my appointment. Sent me a text 15 minutes before arrival so I'd be ready. Sammy and Miguel arrived promptly the next morning and immediately started diagnosing my AC issue. Within 10 minutes they found a leak in the hose at the compressor and also completely empty of coolant. Sammy then sat down with me and explained the issue, what may have caused it and how it can be fixed. I was so impressed that he took the time to walk me through everything! Sammy and Miguel are the dynamic duo, one of them working the condenser on the roof and the other at the indoor blower. They recharged the coolant and fixed the leak.
