Our AC was installed 12 yrs ago in 2013 from the floor furnace upgraded to central heat and air. It worked well never had any problem till a week ago the fan stopped spinning, no air came out from all the vents. We pushed the fan with a stick to start working but we couldn't do that over and over again. We called EZ duct and talked to Menua who explained a few things that could be done and promised to show up in 15 minutes (he did). As soon as he came in, he asked to go see the furnace (air handler) in the attic. He reset the system and said the refrigerant (Puron) was low, need to refill it to make it cooler. He sit there with the compressor in the backyard to fill Puron for 20 minutes and went into the house to check each vent for temperature that went down to 54-56 degree. We were so happy that the burning heat was gone and our skin not melted. Menua is a pro, his wisdom, knowledge, honesty, not money hunger type make us feel stress-free. There was no diagnostic fee, exam fee, visit fee as many places we called (150$ separate from repair cost and booked till the week after, really?). He just came, checked, fixed, charged and gone with the wind. Highly recommended because he is professional, reliable, trustworthy, selfless and easy going (no dollar sign in his eyes). There's never been a better time to support the trades and not the big corporate profit monsters. **KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY** My HVAC was pushing warm air out yesterday, one of the warmest days of this week, and I wasn't sure if a tech could come out to diagnose and repair the problem. Yelp cast a net for me and EZ Duct Testing & AC was one of 3 companies that responded in 15 minutes. This company was the only company who would set up a same day visit within 2 hours of contact--IMPRESSIVE! Menua was at my doorstep within 30-45 minutes of our phone conversation and was able to diagnose the issue. The caveat--a super minor one--was that the capacitor required to fix the problem would not be available until the next day. Menua called me at 7:45 am the following Monday and requested to come back and finish the job. He fixed the issue and explained to me and my father how the units work and how parts for better quality units are not always available at hardware box stores (i.e. Lowe's or Home Depot).
