After accepting the estimate, there was a delay of over two weeks before I was contacted to schedule the service, and I do think communication during that time could have been improved. My wife suggested I get one more opinion, and luckily I read his other glowing Yelp reviews and called Hovik at In N Out Air. Hovik first determined that our condenser unit was absolutely fine and would likely continue to operate for many years to come. I called a few AC shops and the wait time was 2-3days for an appointment, which given the blazing heat, made total sense to me. The fact that he was able to do a house visit at 7pm blew me away!
