BEN IS THE BEST, as are the installers who worked on our building. I am the HOA president of a ten unit building. Seven out of the ten units decided to get a "three ton" units each installed on our roof above each unit. Ben gave us a great price and worked with our electrician who happens to live in the building. His installers were polite, clean, quick and efficient. It was a great experience and we are grateful we went with Air Code. Thank you Ben and installers it was a painless and great experience. read more

This is an amazing company. So glad I found them. I needed to get my heater furnace cleaned, and I got a few quotes. It was anywhere between $300 and $750. I called Air Code and they gave me a quote of $120 to come out and clean the furnace and check the AC unit. Great communication skills, he described exactly what they were going to do, came out on time as scheduled and did a great job. Very happy with both the service and the cost. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ben (owner of this company) was supposed to install AC into our home, but instead won't respond to any calls or texts, after several weeks of attempts. He already had his electrician bang a huge hole into the side of our house for power purposes related to the project, and it's still there, and has been there for months. The whole on the side of our house is size of a coffee table. He basically made that huge hole and then stopped responding to calls and texts. And he left the rubble/trash as well. I do not recommend anyone like this to anyone. Very irresponsible, and not worthy of good business. Find a better contractor. read more

Very nice a very fair. Excellent work and prompt. Works with you within your needs and very honest.

Definitely recommend Air Code to anyone. We had our heating system go down during the cold weather we just had and after talking to a few places Air Code had the best rates. Still had them come out to get a proper quote Ben came out looked at our system pointed out what needed to be fixed and replaced. Never had this system looked at since we bought our house definitely needed some service. These guys took care of everything and made it so much easier and quick. Great job!! read more

Love this company! Ben is amazing! He responds right away and does a great job. I highly recommend this company for any AC or heating needs.

My air conditioner was not working properly in my house, I had one company come out but they could not fix the problem, a friend recommended the company they used called AirCode. We could not be happier. They found the problem right away and fixed it. The price was very reasonable also. I highly recomend them. read more

This company didn't arrive on time for the time slot they provided. This company asked if I owned a home, condo, or townhome. I said it was a home, the gentleman they sent to service my home determined my home was a condo and left without stepping foot inside my home, after I sat around for 4 hours waiting on them to arrive. My place of living is a SINGLE FAMILY HOME. Not a condo. I wasted my time and they lost my business and hopefully others business. Customer service for this company is slim to none. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Air code was professional, no tricks or upselling gimmicks, and priced below other bids. Ben answered my questions patiently and worked around the complications of a 1960's condo. Easy recommendation. read more

Ben and his expert A/C technician's have installed a number of systems for clients and at my residence. As a 25 year contractor I would use no one else. Very knowledgeable, personable and the crew is clean . read more

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. completely unprofessional with no common courtesy. I had a scheduled appointment and the technician didn't show up the day off. I called in the evening and was told he was too busy and would be there the next day. Day two, they did show up again with not call or notification. I called and left several messages two day in a row. I finally spoke to the receptionist who said that they're just too busy. read more

I can't even say enough things about this company ,since the first call for an estimate ,until the installations and service of our new AC unit ,it was all a wonderful experience .I did not know the how to when replacing the AC unit of our new place and these guys are just awesome, they patiently answered my questions and helped me stay within budget without a hiss . Would I recommend them ?Ofcourse !!! Thank you again ! read more

Ben and his team have been amazing! They are installing a new central air and heating system in our 1940s house that is going through a remodel. I met Ben when I was on a run through the neighborhood and he came over that day to take a look. He has been very helpful in clear, upfront communication. His employees are kind, hardworking, and keep everything clean. I appreciate the team work and the care that Ben has for his employees.... and in turn I can tell they care about doing the job right. I am confident in the skill and equipment and I believe we will have a very positive outcome. I recommend the team at Aircode to anyone, especially on a new install during remodel. read more

I've had alot of issue with my air conditioning in the past and it was always a worry of mine to whom I could trust to do a great job. With a world filled with fraudualent people and bussinesses that over promise and end up leaving the job incomplete, i can say that i made the right choice this time. When I called Ben and told him about my situation he quickly made an appointment to come inspect my unit. He gave me an assessment and patiently explained what the issues was. He was very professional and had a great attitude the whole time. I'll be sure to call him next time if I have any issues, thanks again Ben! read more

These guys are amazing ! I couldn't imagine how the job could've gone any smoother. I got three estimates for the new AC unit on my roof and Ben came in by far the lowest bid ! He even replaced all the vents in my house including the return air ! They arrived last Friday morning right on time and completed the entire job by noon. His crew even walked me through my house to make sure every vent was flowing smoothly ...everyone involved in the job was beyond kind and courteous .That five star rating you see isn't high enough.... they deserve 10 stars ! read more

Very responsive, professional and priced competitively from the other providers that we had looked into. Ben helped to answer all of our questions and the staff was always available when we needed to call the office. On-site, the workers were punctual, COVID compliant and communicated with us throughout the installation process. Our new unit works well and we are happy with the work Air Code did. read more

The firm installed my Goodman HVAC system that replaced old 85 + year old gravity furnaces. The installation went very smoothly. The system comes with a 10-year warranty and the vendor initially contacted me requesting an appointment to come out to service the system to check out the performance and replace filters. Amazing that you didn't have to chase the vendor down to perform this work. The Owner, Ben Shoshani is very personable as well as his office staff stall. The experience has been a pleasure and I highly recommend Air Code to service your HVAC needs. read more

I will definitely recommend him to all my clients in the future. Thanks Ben! read more

It took a few years to realize that our current air conditioning unit just wasn't going to cut it. It was old, ran day and night ($$$). We even had put window units in to help cool down the place. LA summer is no joke! Then came Ben and AirCode Heating and Air Conditioning to save the day. They installed a brand new, bigger unit - appropriate for our square footage. This has been the most pleasant experience. Ben came when he said he would, did the job even better than expected. Thought of every fix needed. We just had our 6 month follow up. He came as scheduled - put in a new filter and inspected the whole unit to make sure it's working at peak performance. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Ben. He's the best! read more

Our HVAC went out after 16 years. I found Ben at Air Code in an online search in my area and liked that he was quick to respond on the same day to evaluate the unit...NO CHARGE! He tested it and recommended I call the company that installed it, so they could evaluate and make a recommendation. He gave me some advice on what could be going on and what to look out for in case it needed to be replaced. The company that did the original installation said it needed to be replaced and gave me a huge quote. Almost double what they charged me 16 years ago. Ben told me that whatever they quoted, give him a chance to beat it, and he sure did! He came in for less than half what they wanted, and he had it completed in two half days, half-day to remove the old unit, the next day by lunchtime the new unit was installed! What was also great was he explained everything very well and never tried to push or sell, but laid out the facts and let us decide without feeling pressured. Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend that you *do not use* the service of Air Code Heating and Air Conditioning. Two years ago they installed the air con and heating system for my house, as a subcontractor of the company responsible for the remodel of my house. It was very pricy (20k dollars), but because I didn't have time to look for other options, I decided to work with them. Then we jump to last year: suddenly my basement was flooded and the gas heater stopped working. The plumber thought it was because the water heater was old and released a lot of water. Then we replaced it by a new one. Jump again to two weeks ago: the basement is flooded again! The heater is broken yet again. But this time the problem is identified: The water was coming out of the pump for the AC system! I called Shlomi, from Air Code Heating and Air Conditioning, and he told me that to even show up to give me a quote to fix it, it would cost 250 dollars. I called an different AC guy and he found that the problem was that the pump was *incorrectly installed*. This was causing all the water coming out that flooded my basement twice. All in all I spent over 5k to fix my water heater twice, get the massive amount of water out of my basement, and fix the incorrect installation of the AC system. The worse part is that the AC was supposed to have warranty for its use. But the moment I needed it, the company came up with excuses not to do the right thing. Choose a different company for your job. read more

We wish we could give a negative rating. There were no shows and no rescheduling calls on maintenance appts. First maintenance appt was due Feb2018. We've been trying to reach someone to reschedule for months now. All I get is voicemail and no call backs. Also, we called when the a/c unit/furnace NEVER turned off even when temp setting had been reached. No response. We also had mice peeking through the vents and we found out the exhaust pipes were not screened for pests. This was an install that we've regretted. Poor planning, false promises, clean up only when we mentioned it, urinating on my basement wall by the furnace (no cleanup, no apologies), and no followups. Now, during the hottest weekend of the year, the a/c did not produce cold air. Our call went to voicemail and (not surprised) no call back. read more

Thank you so mach, excellent Service, Quick response, Clean work. Very nice people. highly recommend

Air Code replaced out AC & heating unit little over a year ago & they did a great job. Recently, when we contacted Ben for what we thought was a problem, he responded and came to check it out. He confirmed the unit was working good and that gave us peace of mind coming from the expert. Thank you Ben for taking care of your client. read more

Couldn't ask for a better experience! I was shopping around to get a new AC unit. From the first call I knew Air Code is my company. They guys came in for an estimate and explained every little detail I needed to know. They were patient with all the questions and I had a lot!! Ben took the time to explain to me what are my options technically and financially. Beyond the amazing customer service and the price, they guys made sure to work neatly and clean after themselves. I referred two of my family members to them and they had the exact same experience. I highly recommend them!! I wish nothing but the best for this company! They deserve it!! read more

Yo... it's another hot summer in So Cal, and of course, the AC broke down when we needed it most. We called up about five companies/competitors, but we opted to get with Ben Shlomi at Air Code. We had him replace our central air and heating system just a week ago, and now we are chilling like popsicles in a freezer when we feel like it! The heat works well too, although we won't be using that anytime soon, hah! We appreciate you Ben for coming down on the price and making sure our needs were fully met. He also was on time for all appointments as promised, which is quite rare these days. Thank you!! read more

Have to share how impressed i was with Ben and his crew from Air Code. Had 5 quotes, mostly more local for me (ventura county) and more familiar. Ben came out on a sunday, completely reviewed my project, offered more components (new ducting, a second new furnace, protective drip shields) and was still 15% cheaper than the next bid. Very professional, excellent at problem-solving and the entire job (2 new furnaces, a/c(2) and new ducting were completetely, professionally installed with permits in about 2 weeks... Yep, i'd confidently refer 'em to my mother! read more

Ben, what a guy! Just tore out my ancient furnace from my closet and now I have a new package unit and couldn't be happier! After 20 years in my house, living with only heat and no a/c, I finally have both now and am so happy for this company. I took three estimates and Ben came in the lowest but was so clean, quick and good I'm still a little shocked. Thank you! Also 10 year warranty! read more
