Wow. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one business that truly deserves a five star review. My 22 year-old HVAC died in the dead of summer, and after working with another service provider I called Express A/C for a second opinion and quote to either repair or replace the unit. Crooks. My AC unit stopped working one day, called three AC repair shops to come out and bid. He was the first, name of Zack Kubi, told me the whole unit was shot and that it was going to cost me $4700.00 for a new one. When I asked if there were ANY alternatives to his diagnosis, he told me could install a "booster" for the unit that would make it work for a temporary time, but that it was not guaranteed to work for longer than 7 days. Used high pressure tactics to get me to commit on the spot to buying a new unit. Meanwhile the next two guys came to bid. The last guy literally pulled a wire out and placed it on another part, and it started working fine. His words, "Who was messing with this? It's wired wrong" I think that Zack, messed with the wires so that it wouldn't work and his idea of 700 dollar "boost" was wiring it back correctly.
