This summer, after going through our warranty company for a check-up, the technician ended up blowing our compressor. We then spent four visits trying to get the AC working again. It never did. Unfortunately, we realized too late that we had been completely scammed. While trying to get it fixed in August, we were also ghosted by another company right in the middle of a heatwave. Needless to say, I was stressed and overwhelmed. At that point, we decided to replace the entire system because we no longer trusted putting more money into repairs. That is when we called Robert Hall and Sons. Mike came out for an estimate, and right away, we felt like we were in good hands. He patiently answered all of our questions and, true to his word, we had a written estimate a few hours later. The estimate we received was beyond reasonable. After we submitted the signed contract, we were scheduled for installation about a week out. A few days later, I saw that another extended heatwave was in the forecast. After everything we had just gone through, I was not prepared to go through it again without working AC. I explained the situation to Mike, along with our HOA requirements, and he worked with us to make sure everything could be done as quickly, quietly, and efficiently as possible. His crew was amazing. They worked quickly, but thoroughly, and had the entire system installed in under three hours. I honestly could not believe how smoothly everything went. Found Emin on Yelp March 2026 when the upstairs AC suddenly stopped working, and Emin was there right away and was able to diagnose the problem, replaced a capacitor and got the unit working again. Then the downstairs AC wasn't cooling last weekend. Emin wasn't available so I called another contractor who took one look at the video of the furnace making weird noises and concluded the motor needed replacing, but that he couldn't find the motor anywhere, etc etc and it was such a hard push for me to replace the whole HVAC. After 24 hours of this hard sell on what was going to be the hottest day of the week, I took a chance and called Emin for a 2nd opinion. And miracle of miracles he looked at the video, found the part, and was at the property in 30 minutes. My final bill was a 10th of what the other contractor was selling me! Thanks so much Emin for being so honest and straightforward in a business that can be so full of scammers. You are a cut above!

I called Marat, told him I wanted a 200 electrical panel, and he was able to quote me with an excellent price by seeing a picture via text of the existing electrical panel. Given that it was my first time buying a home and not knowing anything about permits and the procedure, Marat walked me through it. He advised that I needed to call LADWP to schedule an appointment with a tech who would mark the spot of the new meter. He then said once there is a meter spot, Marat will get to work --and he did immediately after I got the meter spot. In fact, Marat was there the next day! He worked on the panel for a couple of days, along with his son, and once he installed it, he took care of scheduling the appointment with LADBS. Since I saw how excellent Marat was as an electrician, I also had him install recess lighting in the living room, hallway, family room, and kitchen (amazing job) . I had him install 5 hardwired POE cameras throughout my house. And I also had him check all my GFCI outlets throughout the house and had him replace the ones not working. Marat is not only the ultimate professional who excels at his craft, but he is also very nice and easy going. I highly recommend him for any electrical job.
