After discussing our budget, we were able to narrow our choice down from a hundred possibilities to about a half-dozen. Our lamp looks amazing and we get so many compliments. I will definitely come back next time we are looking to purchase a lighting fixture.

As soon as the two electricians came by, they got to work by taking the fan up into the attic, finding a good enough power source to create an additional line, and were finished within an hour or so. They were all business, in and out, very efficient. Not very personable, but they did communicate their efforts without running into any difficulties. Definitely Experienced electricians. I would surely recommend this business if you need something installed --and don't want to go through the business of wasting a morning talking to someone else, who will charge you more. They answered all my questions, and worked with me to make sure everything was done correctly this time around including fixing all the corrections from the last contractor who messed up. The work involved moving electrical from my main house to adu in the back and energizing both units and changing the electrical drop from the pole and getting a ground through an underground conduit. It was not light work, and they did it quickly with minimal service outage. Also super nice and courteous which was very much appreciated. Louis came out for the original estimate and he was awesome as well and super professional and on top of all the work that was going on. He was great and thorough in explaining everything and working out scope of work.

Within five minutes of texting them, I received a response. In less than 20 minutes, I had an appointment scheduled, a price quote, and details about their payment options and mobile service. They come directly to you, which made the process incredibly convenient. I probably could have scheduled the service the same day, but I chose to book it for the following day. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Paul, was gracious, kind, and actually arrived before I did. He even told me to take my time getting there. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me the old battery, explaining the signs that indicated how old it was and why it had been causing problems. He also discussed options for getting an extra key fob in the future and provided me with pricing information so I could have a backup made when I'm ready. Fast, friendly, and professional service -- I couldn't be happier. Later that same night, I went to dinner with a friend who mentioned needing an extra key fob as well. This means that your project is eligible for coverage up to $2,500 when you hire a business with the YELP Guaranteed badge. That's how I found Keymasters LA. They were one of five companies who bid to provide me with a replacement key FOB, as well as program it, for my 2022 Toyota Prius. They were professional and responsive to all of my questions, and they helped to put my mind at ease in choosing them for my project. Once I decided to move forward with the project, I was able to schedule it the same day, and they even came to my job. Shout out to Paul the technician who came to do my project. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and a job that was initially quoted as requiring 30 minutes only took 15 to complete. I choose Keymaster LA, not only because of their customer service but because their price for: -an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement key FOB -programming -1 year warranty was much cheaper than the dealer wanted to charge. Last but certainly not least shout out to Keymasters LA because not only do they take credit cards but they also do tap and pay. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace and/or program a car key FOB.
