Definitely would not recommended, go elsewhere. Our company used them to install over a dozen cameras on premises. Not only did Robert not arrive during the appointed time, he made excuses and rescheduled only after I called him. He took more days then he quoted. He left with the cameras completely out of sequence and the order makes no sense when we are trying to watch on live mode. We must jump around camera to camera to see one area making it very difficult to follow suspicious movement. Very randomly installed. When we asked him to return and put the cameras in order, he refused saying we took too long to figure it out and wanted us to pay more for him to do the job correctly. This company is careless. Great waste of money. My dogs do a better job of letting me know when people are near my home. My mailman comes and goes and I do not get any kind of notification. My monitor just shows time and date. I do not recommend AAA security service. read more

If I could give this crap company ZERO stars I would. AAA bought out the alarm company I was with. The cameras I have are not supported by AAA and they want to charge me to get ones that work with their support service. I was on hold with their service department for 3 hrs trying to cancel my service just to be told at 4:55pm that their department has gone home. What kind of crap company is this? If you choose this company to keep your home safe and secure, It's not gonna happen. They will make excuses left and right that it isn't their fault but if you would like to upgrade, they can fix it at an added cost. To current customers, cancel your contract and find another company in your area. AAA is a joke, Stick with Auto and Home insurance. You are in the wrong business or your management sucks and needs to be replaced. read more

The cameras work well sometimes but once they are installed there is no customer service or support. We hired him to set up cameras for a small business and they did not replace ceiling panels that they had removed. Every time I reach out to Robert about the panels or issues with the cameras, he tells me he will come by that day or the next and then he never shows up. He's done this multiple times for weeks. My experience is that they are unreliable and irresponsible. read more

I called AAA Security Camera Systems looking to see how much they would charge to come out and troubleshoot our system, and not only did they offer to come take a look at our issues for free, but they were here within an hour! They came out and established what needed to be fixed and provided a VERY reasonable estimate to do the work... right there... ON THE SPOT. No waiting necessary! They immediately replaced our faulty equipment and went the extra mile making sure that our system was as accessible as it was supposed to be when it was installed (we've never had the remote access to our cameras we were supposed to have, and Robert and Frank fixed that issue SUPER FAST). I'm just so happy to have found Robert and Frank. They were professional, nice, and I can tell that they really know their stuff. Bought a system about two years ago from Robert / AAA security. I really liked Robert and he gave me a good price and did a great job on the installation. I have had a few ongoing problems with the unit but my biggest complaint with Robert / AAA Security is that they offer NO technical assistance if you have a problem or question with the system you purchase!!! On TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS I have had the Hollywood Police at my building and they wanted to see various footage from my cameras of two different crimes in the neighborhood and when I called Robert to ask how to view the footage, I could NEVER reach ANYBODY!!!! I did leave messages BUT NO ONE ever called back!!! Last week when the police were here, I finally got Robert after calling him three times on his cell phone and he finally picked up but was very rude and actually hung up the phone on me and to this day never called me back. A few months ago we had cameras installed in our restaurant Robert and team did a great job! The installation was done fast and professionally. Now we have a few issues but its not because of them but because we messed with the receiver and our cameras went down and some to black and white only. However we called them and the next day they were here on time and repaired what we messed up. The service is excellent and I truly recommend them... now I did find other cheaper quotes but what convinced me was the equipment. They're somewhat pricier than most but the equipment they use is top of the line. Read up on it... all of the cameras and machines are HikVision http://overseas.hikvision.com/us/. I am sorry to have used the service of AAA Security Camera. Although he did an decent job of installation, he has not lived up to his promise to fix my system and has ignored my requests to configure my system so that I may view my property from a remote access. He sold me a product that he insisted was state of the art only to have one of the cameras fail after 4 years. He did not offer to replace it so I bought another camera to replace it and had an additional camera installed. But, he could not resolve my system issues. After repeated calls and texts he promised to solve my problem "Next week" but, he is not that concerned with solving the problem and is now ignoring me after months of asking. And, he is not that well versed in the systems he sells because I went to the product's website and found that there was a fix to my "Broken" camera that he replaced and charged me for. If he would have known the products he sells he would have known how to fix it. Insteads he sells more cameras! I do not recommend that you use his services. His technical assistance and customer service when you have a problem is non-existent! You have been warned! read more
