There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

All Tech ordered the glass (which took three days to arrive) and my watch was repaired, looking good as new. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did, and their customer service. Any future repairs that I need on my electronics, I will have All Tech do. A side note for those who will be visiting the shop, it's located behind an auto repair shop, so it isn't visible from the street.
