I randomly found this place while in the area so I decided to stop by, see if they could come up with a smart house solution for my home, I proceeded inside when they told me no animals were allowed. I let them know he was a service animal when a lady spoke to the gentleman in Armenian the gentleman in the back left office came out and said no animals sorry were closed and asked me to leave, I left and decided to just write a review terrible customer service, wouldn't allow service animal, and blatantly said were closed when their hours clearly state they are open if you don't need the business just close up shop. So being the in tech business you can imagine the standards I have. These guys are not only customer service savvy but they are technical and know what they are doing (I'm not talking about learning from a Manuel). They seem to have real life experience which I needed for my visit my Monster Machine. How to keep the darn thing running without it melting yea.. so long story short they rebuilt my machine and provided me a consulting service and how too. I usually go somewhere else in NOHO near my school because I thought they gave me the best price. Today, I didn't have class and didn't feel like driving so far. When I walked in the store, I met with Shant (I think he's the owner) price to fix my phone was 60 (i phone 6) I was very surprised because I usually pay 80.
