We had someone come out and give an estimate. I thought they would give us a written estimate, but we never received anything in writing. We knew we would be billed if we didn't go with them. We still were figuring out what we were gonna do but their office kept calling and kept calling. I finally made up my mind and chose not to go with them. I let them know. Honesty, that's all i ever ask for when i search for help. Our company office had a shifting issue, where at random times the electrical grid would practically shut off. Great service through and through! On Wednesday evening my sister and I did something we do every day: we used the microwave to heat up some food. This time, within a min. of starting it, the power went out in various parts of the apartment, (mostly wall sockets in different rooms). I've had similar things happen in other places I've lived in so I tried resetting the breakers in the apt but that didn't do anything. We were then concerned that something inside the walls might've been damaged. We called Universal Electrician and spoke with Hovik to schedule a visit for the next day, (We were still able to use the ceiling fans and it was cool enough that night that we decided to save ourselves the off-hours fee). Edgar showed up right on time on Thursday and, after asking some questions and patiently listening to my explanation of what happened, he proceeded to test the various outlets and the breaker box in the apartment. It turned out that there were two master breakers located outside the apartment, (for some reason this didn't even occur to me), which he reset, fixing the problem. The whole visit lasted about 15mins. and saved us a ton of money. Edgar was professional, courteous, and sincere the entire visit. He even took a little time to explain some aspects of electrical wiring and provided some suggestions to prevent that from happening again. Very responsive! Hovik corresponded with me almost immediately. I needed a whole house fan replaced and Hovik sent out Edgar and Albert. The fan I purchased was too small so they came back an hour or so later after I exchanged it for the correct size. They opened the box and the fan was assembled wrong and missing some screws! I had bought the last one so I thought I was going to have to reschedule the installation and search for a new fan. Instead they said they would see if they could reassemble it and they did!!! They installed it within an hour and cleaned up after themselves, taking away the old fan and new packaging. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their skill and service.
