After seeing that Apple would charge $300 to replace the glass (which was almost the price of a new watch), I put out a request for quotes on Yelp. Only All Tech said that it could replace the glass, and they did it for $165, almost half the price of Apple. All Tech ordered the glass (which took three days to arrive) and my watch was repaired, looking good as new. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did, and their customer service. Any future repairs that I need on my electronics, I will have All Tech do. A side note for those who will be visiting the shop, it's located behind an auto repair shop, so it isn't visible from the street.

I love Woody's Home, and let me tell you why…read more My client had a home-automation system previously installed in his house by another company. For the most part, it was fine, but any time there was an issue, it would take the company forever to get back to us and to service the problem. Also, the way they left the cords and cables hanging in the back of the equipment rack was ATROCIOUS. Just a jumbled mess of cords. Needless to say, we needed to find another company. I was referred to Woody's, and several other companies, by the regional rep for the home-automation system. When I called Woody's and explained our situation to Jimmy, I finally heard what I'd been hoping to hear...someone who genuinely wanted to help and would troubleshoot the system with us as opposed to ripping everything out and starting over...which would have cost thousands and thousands of dollars! (the other places I called only wanted to do that or else they wouldn't take us on as a new client) What struck me about Jimmy was how earnest he sounded about wanting to help and how knowledgeable and passionate he is for everything A/V. After having him and his programming specialists Mark and Ryan come out and explain what they'd do, I knew that we'd be able to expect nothing less than amazing service and a proper organization of our system. When it came time to reorganize and tighten up the system, Francisco and Mario were AMAZING!!! They had their work cut out for them...I'm not exaggerating when I tell you how tangled and disorganized the cables and cords were! You couldn't tell which cable led to which piece of equipment unless you held onto the cord and followed it with your hands, all the while trying to keep the tangled mess of other cords away and not lose the cable you're following, in the tangled mess. It was just atrocious how the previous company "finished" the installation. A good lesson in getting what you pay for. Francisco and Mario went above and beyond in reorganizing the system. It's so beautiful now! The RCA cords are all color coded, as are the power cables, the network cables, etc. There's a beautiful box where the cables are all connected that has proper labels on them...no more exposed hole in the wall with cords spilling out willy nilly! Francisco and Mario were both very professional, respectful and courteous and made sure everything was thoroughly tested before leaving for the day. There was an art to what they did. Woody's Home is awesome. You can tell these guys only ever want to do an outstanding job and will go above and beyond to make sure all expectations are met. Aside from the amazing job they do with the technical aspects of it all, I truly valued how I was treated as a client and as a woman. There was no hint of anyone trying to patronize me or talk over my head when I didn't understand something. There was only respect and a genuine desire to help. DO NOT TRUST 360 Electric, Jeff Goldium or his crew to be honest with you or to perform good work…read moreon your property. I was in the market for a motorized gate operator to be installed on my new driveway gate. I explained to the owner Jeff Goldium specifically what I wanted, a single-swing gate operator that runs off the 120 AC power provided to my house by the power company. Instead Goldium had his crew install a battery-powered gate operator. It only operates with power from a battery. 120 VAC power is run to the control box only to maintain charge on the battery. If there's no battery present or a discharged battery that means the unit will not operate. Besides not closing and sealing the gate properly, this gate operator only worked for two weeks then died. Before that every time I opened or closed the gate the control unit would beep three times. I assumed this was a warning that the gate was going into motion. It is actually an alert that the battery is about to die. This was the condition from the start because Goldium's electrician made a faulty and possibly dangerous power connection from my house to the control unit, so the battery was never being charged. I would not have known that they installed a battery powered unit if Goldium's electrician (Rudy) hadn't messed this up. Goldium accepted no responsibility for installing the wrong equipment and poor installation so I was forced to file a complaint against his company with the California Contractor's State License Board. The CSLB awarded a judgement in my favor where 360 was ordered to refund me in full and remove the unwanted equipment from my property. I then found a good company that put in a better gate operator unit, for less money. Don't trust 360 Electric or the owner Goldium.

I called Jeff on Wednesday about 2 simultaneous electric failures! We are having a party on Friday…read moreand the lights for our backyard (2 of 3 sources) were out. I asked if they were available anytime on Thursday and Jeff arrived at 8:30 and, assessed the problems and then Rudy arrived at 3pm to install a new light fixture and the other problem was a simple outlet that had become unplugged (10 feet above ground)! Today is Friday and all is working perfectly! Oh, and while Rudy was here he, for no charge and not being asked, "lubricated" the metal link chain on our electric driveway gate. Such great service! And, only $199, including all labor and supplies. This is the 2nd, but not the last, time I have used this company and will continue! I highly recommend them.
