They had the tools needed to anchor the screen on to the wall to ensure it would stay level and secure. They used an anchor system they assured will hold onto the dry wall. For some odd reason we had metal plates that prevented us to attach it through the studs. These guys really helped us by figuring everything out. It's great that they had the extra tools and screws because the projector screen we ordered through another vendor arrived with missing pieces. These guys had to pieces needed and saved the day. Aaron is the consumate professional; this is one person that takes pride of what he is doing. He had done numerous jobs but never opened a yelp account and when he finally did, i am giving him a five star review for the stellar job he did. One thing i appreciated with Aaron is he is careful with what he does and makes sure he does not make an error. He drapes everything and cleans after his work. From the very first phone call Ray was informative, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I let him know the situation my home theater was in and he was eager to help. His guys, Rocky and a partner, were able to get everything up and running properly like I had originally hoped for. The job has been completed for a couple of weeks and I have received a few phone calls from Ray checking to see if I was happy and if everything was running smoothly and working to my satisfaction. It is! The level of customer service is outstanding. It's hard to come across companies these days that really care about their customers the way I feel Ray cares about his. They had installed the Control4 system at my house for the previous owners (who also recommended them), and added sound bars/subwoofers, game consoles and remote access to my system. I have used them for additional installs and have continued to be impressed by their professionalism. Since Control4 installers are all independent contractors, it is critical that a professional and ethical team is hired - they definitely check that requirement.
