After months of looking for a qualified, local professional to mount some TVs in our new home, my fiancé stumbled upon Click AVI by driving past them one morning in the AV. We quickly looked them up and after seeing the reviews on yelp, scheduled an in-home quote. Aaron showed up on time, patiently went through everything my fiancé wanted done and promised to provide an estimate for the job within one week (as they were very busy at the time with previous jobs). One week later, we received our very reasonable quote from Aaron and scheduled our installation. On installation day, Aaron and his assistant showed up on time and got the job done. They took time with each tv, making sure everything was secure, level and working properly. (Aaron even left during the job to drive all the way back down to L.A. where he purchased a mount for one of the TVs to replace a missing part so that the job wasn't delayed for another day!) I am fairly handy when it comes to av stuff and networking but decided to have my upgraded in wall speakers done by a professional. I had a previous local guy install the wires and the sattelite speakers, it worked okay but that partcular guy botched my walls and did not have the heart for the job and the kicker was he had the nerve to ask me for a positive review. Suffice it to say, I never looked back and never hired the guy for another job. Here comes Aaron, he owns Click AV install- backgrounder: I met this guy at a local in and out about two years ago, asked for his number back then and when the time came to upgrade my speakers, i decided to give him a call. Aaron is the consumate professional; this is one person that takes pride of what he is doing. He had done numerous jobs but never opened a yelp account and when he finally did, i am giving him a five star review for the stellar job he did. One thing i appreciated with Aaron is he is careful with what he does and makes sure he does not make an error. He drapes everything and cleans after his work. Another thing that stood out to me is that he was willing to negotiate a price where both parties came out satisfied, pretty rare these days considering this guy probably blows a lot of AV/Network installers out of the water with his workmanship, professionalism, courtesy and that sense of pride on his finished product. I contacted Click AV Installations to install an 8 camera IP security system in my home and got an estimate, He arrived on time to the minute which to me is a big deal in this day and age. After shopping, his estimate felt very reasonable in comparison to others. Aaron, the company owner, was very friendly, open and honest in the installation process. Never having had a security system before I relied on his professional experience to guide me in the proper placement of my cameras, the running of wiring and connecting of the recording device. Aaron came up with great ideas on placing the wiring that came into the home in a discreet fashion in a way that only someone with his experience can do. His time estimate to complete the job was on the money. It was a lengthier process than I had originally thought but he and his helper Marlon remained professionally friendly through it all and it was a mid 90's hot day. After all the installation was completed he offered to set up our phones, tablets and computers to monitor our new system but I had already done that earlier.
